Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service and terrible stay I was staying for a wedding and it took over an hour to check in. Then they told me there were no rooms left (I booked my hotel 6 months in advance!) They were rude and there was a convention going on that night as well and did not care about the wedding party at all. The staff was not helpful. The rooms are dingy and dark in this hotel. I will not be staying here again. December 12, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Aged Stayed as part of a business trip, hotel is ages compared to other Hotels u stayed at during my trip. Staff friendly and accommodating. Used a conference room, clean and fit for purpose. The rooms however need an urgent face lift , dark and faded and my first room was smelling like an ashtray. This for a non smoking hotel. I was moved to a different room . The bath plug did not work so I could not bath. The shower was not any better , as half the water was spraying up to the roof and the rest was comming out of the bath fosset. Breakfast was ok . Unfortunately the helpful and friendly staff is not enough for me to recommend this hotel December 12, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CHICAGO COUNTRYSIDE IN DECEMBER Very nice and clean Hotel and Room, close to my training center, friendly staff, rely liked the shuttle service from Midway & Back Staff always willing to accommodate you. Maintenance workers seem very happy and were very nice and friendly. lots of parking, felt safe and secure in and outside the hotel would like to have laundry facilities on site but it was good to have laundry services available December 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Customer Service Front desk employee (Cecil) went above and beyond in Customer Service. He greeted us, got us checked in and set up for our room very quickly. His friendliness was welcoming after the day we had. We saw the same friendly face the next morning when we went to check out. The front desk was out of coffee and he personally walked us down to the restaurant to get coffee for us. I will definitely remember my stay here thanks for him. December 8, 2014
