The cleanliness, comfortable beds, CLEAN SHEETS, and linens, it was great to be at your hotel. The food was excellent, and the bar was a great place to unwind. November 18, 2014

We reserved with a wedding block and paid $30 more than someone in the same group. When I asked the front desk they were frustrated and said that's just how it is. We were on our way to a family vacation Halloween costumes packed, indoor waterpark necessities in the trunk heading away for a very fun holiday weekend. but unfortunately our car stopped short and we ended up stranded at an oasis, Not a comforting place to break down at with twin two year olds and an 8 yr old. I was in break down mode, after enterprise refused to rent us a car bc I have an out of state liscense and they weren't willing to hold true to their promise to pick customers up, my son was in near tears bc the way it was looking we were going to spend halloweEn not where we had planned. I called holiday inn countrysidE and told them my situation. They offered to come pick us up in their shuttle and give us a good deal on a room. I am so glad holiday inn came to our rescue. We had all of our food for the condo with us so the fact that holiday inn offers a fridge in the rooms was so helpful. The staff was amazing the kids and I could not walk by the front desk without the staff politely making sure we are ok. The pool was huge and the fact that the kids pool and jacuzzi are separated from the deep pool is amazing. That keeps the worrying down so parents can relax better. The Kids eat free was very money saving and the food was good. We ate every meal in the restaurant. The accommodations of every aspect of this hotel experience helped maintain my sanity and allowed us to have a relaxing mini vacation and definitely took my mind off the car. Not to mention security ran to walmart at two in the morning to get the twins milk. This place is a true example of how a business should be. Thanks everybody! We will be back to our hidden treasure.
