Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff and Great Service We traveled 11 hours from New York and had reservations at the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival the staff that greeted us were very friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room I realized there wasn't a bathtub, because I accidentally booked a handicap room (oops). I asked the front desk if we could switch the rooms and without hesitation they were willing to do so, which was much appreciated. We weren't familiar with Cincinnati, and we were attending a concert (Pearl Jam!) and the staff at the front desk were more than helpful to direct us to the venue and give us info about transportation. The rooms were clean and the maids were on top of things. The are was in the vicinity of many restaurants, trolleys, ballparks and arenas. Upon departure, the very friendly front desk clerks wished us a safe trip home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone unsure of where to stay. 2 thumbs up! October 5, 2014

The room had a few items that needed repair/maintenance so they could have been better taken care of but were clean. Overall it was a decent hotel to stay at. October 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Morning and Late Nights (Days spent at hospital) We stayed here due to close proximity to Cincinnati Children's Hospital as we wait for our son to receive a heart transplant. Hotel was clean and staff was incredible. Price was very good but we were let down to find that daily breakfast was fairly expensive. Pool was outside so we didn't use it but everything else was awesome. October 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Cincinnati The location is easy to get to from the freeway, the hotel is not actualy in Cincinnati, you need to walk across the bridge to get to down town, which is fine and nice after a days driving. The place is in need of a do over, and the bar staff (one person) was not friendly at all, we got the impresion she was too busy talking to be bothered to serve us, but every one else was great to deal with. The room was clean, a bit tired but clean and the bed was hard so hope you like hard/firm mattress. All in all it was ok, not the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at but still ok. October 1, 2014

The only issues we encountered were that they put us in a room with 2 double beds when I had specifically booked a room with a king bed. The lady who checked us in might have said that we were getting two double beds, but I couldn't comprehend everything she was saying. She spoke kind of fast. It didn't bother us too much since we were only staying one night. So, I never mentioned it to them. Also, on our way to our room you could smell cigarette smoke. But our room did not smell. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay for our daughter's 21st birthday We were very comfortable at the hotel, in our room, in the dining room. The service was excellent. We were able to go to the Red's game Friday night on the shuttle, and then Saturday drive to and walk around Cincy and eat ice cream at Fountain Square. Wonderful experience all around. Thank you! Everyone from check in, to bringing things to your room, to having breakfast was great!,Always very very polite and it was always answered "my pleasure". The girls we had for breakfast were amazing. Couldnt ask for better help.!!!!! Will def be back in the years to come for Labor Day fun/fireworks we have been doing for 20 some years. September 4, 2014

The door to my room didn't seem to shut properly (an easy enough fix) and that seemed like a bit of a security issue... but the kindness of the staff made up for it. If your traveling to Cincinnati to see a game its a great location with plenty of transportation options to and from the ballparks. September 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One small issue Bar/Restaurant Due to 2 wedding receptions on the night of our stay, the bar was packed and only one server. she was overwhelmed; however, she did do an awesome job under the circumstances. It took quite some time to order a drink due to the number of customers. She did make the drinks in record time!!! I would only suggest that, since you must have known of these wedding reception guests, that in the future you would staff accordingly. Kudos to the server - she really did do a great job, especially since a number of guests were a bit impatient. Thank you! September 4, 2014

They were courteous, friendly and always available to help me with questions, etc. as I had never been to the area before. Every staff member always greeted me when they saw me and me feel welcome. If there was one negative to the stay was that the restaurant/bar was closed from 1 pm to 5 pm on a Saturday. Fortunately the front end staff was able to provide me with options that were no more than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again should I ever be visiting the Cincinnati area. September 2, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convienient location I stayed at this hotel twice and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from several good restaurants. Access to and from the Interstate is good. The down side is no easily available electrical outlet in proximity to the bed, old and uncomfortable furniture in the room and a not exciting breakfast buffet. The scrambled eggs were too dry. There are no longer smoking rooms (may have something to do with laws). August 29, 2014

The front desk was busy when i arrived and did a excellent job of getting everyone there rooms in a suitable time. Tamika is always patient and professional on my stays,will stay again next season,we really enjoy the pool and the ladys that run the breakfast service are the best and the price of the buffet breakfast is very reasonable.
