Everyone we came into contact with was very nice and helpful. I do want to point out 2 front desk employees, Roy and Kristina, who were outstanding in their dealings with our large group. The rooom was what you expect from this chain, clean and without smells, everything smelled fresh and clean. Excellent and comfortable king bed. Excellent parking. Has a nice swimming pool and fitness center. A great value for money alternative. The only things i missed were the traditional room safe and the small room refrigerator. October 18, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Very Disappointed I am a platinum member and chose the IHG company because I travel for a living. I was very disappointed with the menu at the restaurant. Business travelers make dinner their main meal for thr day. There needs to be more of a selection. Also, I had a horrible experience with your housekeeping. I came back to my room and the bed was not neatly made (I am talking the pillows thrown on the bed and the sheets not tucked in) and my towels amd garbage were not taken out. I spoke to the manager a d he said that he would resolve it. It didn't seem much better the next day. Housekeeping staff need to realize that some people chose to live out of a suitcase and that the hotel room is homr for a week. People need to take pride in their work! I will not stay here again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff extremlely accomdating!! I was there for a wedding that was taking place just up the street. A conference room was reserved for all of the wedding preparations. We were in this room for 5 hours. The staff provided pitchers of ice water and kept them refilled. When we asked for coffee, they brought us a large container along with many creams and sugars. We asked for a plastic bag and ice for a bridesmaid who had sprained her ankle, and they went above and beyond bringing two large bags of ice, towels and plastic wrap to wrap the ice around the ankle. The staff was very accommodating and met our requests and needs with kindness and a smile. I was extremely impressed with their willingness to help make our stay comfortable. The service we received was much better than I would expect at any hotel. It made our stay so much more comfortable and easy!! October 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to meet my needs. The hotel restaurant and bar was very convenient and served good food. The fitness center was excellent. The room was very nice and I was able to get a good nights rest. The hotel is a few miles from Cincinnati, but the trolly makes it an easy right to and from downtown Cincinnati. I would definitely recommend this property. October 14, 2014

It was very comfortable for the time we were here. We have stayed in 5 star hotel for the price we paid here. It could have been better or cheaper. Overall stay was good. No problems. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff and Great Service We traveled 11 hours from New York and had reservations at the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival the staff that greeted us were very friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room I realized there wasn't a bathtub, because I accidentally booked a handicap room (oops). I asked the front desk if we could switch the rooms and without hesitation they were willing to do so, which was much appreciated. We weren't familiar with Cincinnati, and we were attending a concert (Pearl Jam!) and the staff at the front desk were more than helpful to direct us to the venue and give us info about transportation. The rooms were clean and the maids were on top of things. The are was in the vicinity of many restaurants, trolleys, ballparks and arenas. Upon departure, the very friendly front desk clerks wished us a safe trip home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone unsure of where to stay. 2 thumbs up! October 5, 2014

The room had a few items that needed repair/maintenance so they could have been better taken care of but were clean. Overall it was a decent hotel to stay at. October 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Morning and Late Nights (Days spent at hospital) We stayed here due to close proximity to Cincinnati Children's Hospital as we wait for our son to receive a heart transplant. Hotel was clean and staff was incredible. Price was very good but we were let down to find that daily breakfast was fairly expensive. Pool was outside so we didn't use it but everything else was awesome. October 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Cincinnati The location is easy to get to from the freeway, the hotel is not actualy in Cincinnati, you need to walk across the bridge to get to down town, which is fine and nice after a days driving. The place is in need of a do over, and the bar staff (one person) was not friendly at all, we got the impresion she was too busy talking to be bothered to serve us, but every one else was great to deal with. The room was clean, a bit tired but clean and the bed was hard so hope you like hard/firm mattress. All in all it was ok, not the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at but still ok. October 1, 2014

The only issues we encountered were that they put us in a room with 2 double beds when I had specifically booked a room with a king bed. The lady who checked us in might have said that we were getting two double beds, but I couldn't comprehend everything she was saying. She spoke kind of fast. It didn't bother us too much since we were only staying one night. So, I never mentioned it to them. Also, on our way to our room you could smell cigarette smoke. But our room did not smell.
