I had two rooms with one of them having a small problem in the bathroom. Within minutes of reporting it to the front desk they were working to fix the situation. The manager personally checked it out to make sure it was taken care of, plus he added a couple of amenities to make up for the inconveince. Great Staff

My family was attending a night at Great American Ballpark and need a hotel with close proximity to stay. I was very pleased with this hotel and staff. Check-in was very speedy and the staff was very helpful in giving us the best choices on getting to the ballpark with 3 little ones. We also requested a crib for the room at check in and it was promptly delivered to the room. I would stay here again.

Great service from everyone at the hotel. Room was clean and very well appointed with a good bed and nice flat panel TV. Bathroom is a bit small but that's with most hotels in this price range these days.
Overall a great experience here!

The staff here are great and very helpful. The Greenery Restaurant/Bar on-site has a limited lunch/dinner menu but their food is very good.
I have stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience.

There is a $30.00 "incidentals" fee applied to your room rental that is not returned to you for 2-3 business days after check out. Also our air conditioner barely worked and house keeping was knocking on our door at 9:00 am to see if we had left. The front desk staff was very nice about this and refunded part of our stay. The hotel is near the aquarium but not as close as we expected and the room was nothing to write home about. For what I spent I expected more. Still pretty angry about the hidden $30.

My husband and several other friends came up to visit the new Horseshoe Casino and most importantly the new Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville Cincinnnati for my birthday weekend. My husband and I were thanked for being Priority Club Platium member. The staff was great but I wanted to especially thank Bev at the restaurant as she was extremely nice and offered suggestions for outside entertainment. I have stayed at this property previously and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Myself and my Mother were traveling with my children. We were made to feel very safe and secure. The room was very clean and we had everthing we needed within the room. I would stay again and would highly recommend to others.

We only stayed a night but everything was good - the front desk was professional & courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, the service and food at the restaurant was great, and the kids loved the pool. We had no trouble catching taxis, but did have to walk a ways to get to the shuttle to GABP. Overall we had no complaints and will stay here next year.

Staff was very attentive. Everything here was fine.
Only confusing part was it was called Cincinnati Riverfront and it's on the other side of the river in Covington.
Which caught me off guard, thus needed taxi to restuarant in Cincinnait. It worked out ok though.

My friends and I went to this Holiday Inn Express so we could attent the Bengals - Ravens Game. Even though we were Ravens Fan everyone was very friendly to us. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great and was why we booked our stay. We were able to walk to restaurants, which was nice to be so close to things. The staff was courteous and they recognized us for priority club membership with our perks. Had a nice note in the room from management. The cons were that the room could use a deep clean. We never have enough plugs to put phones or computers into for the two of us, so I had to go behind the night stand to get one. There was so much dust on the side and behind the nightstand that it looked like it was at least 5+ years of accumulation. Gross. The room could have used an update with the old carpeting and bathroom. I felt like I was probably breathing in all that dust by my head all night. At least a spring and fall cleaning where they pulled everything back and swept it is in order. Also, the cleaning staff shouldn't be slamming doors or shouting in the hallway. Some guests arrive very late and don't get up for breakfast, nor do they want you knocking on the door before checkout (or late checkout like we had).

I was staying for 5 days and taking shuttles to my daily destination. As soon as I asked for a microwave and refrigerator it was in my room. Very good daily buffet breakfast.

I stay at this location at least twice a year for the past 5 years. Always clean and comfortable with a nice staff. The location is great for where we go, which is walking about the town and it has a transit stop just out front of the hotel. I would and have recommend this hotel for your stay.

There was a problem with our TV and Susan the maintance lady came to look at and told us what she had to do and if that didnt fix the problem to call the front desk and ask for her which we did and
Susan came right back up and corrected the problem. She even gave us a breakfast voucher. Thank you

Our family of four enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Riverfront in October. The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with out needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our portable crib for our baby. The towels were extra soft, which was a nice perk. The in-room coffee was horrible - but the coffee bar in the lobby more than made up for it. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Good location for Cincinnati / Covington area. Easy access to the interstate, and a Trolley service to downtown Cinci.
WIFI is very fast and dependable.
Clean comfortable rooms and very courteous staff. Restaurant food selection and price could be improved, but don't let that stop you. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.
I will stay here again.
