Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mike6687 Great Customer Service
The hotel was under construction/renovations but the staff made sure that I was informed of the construction areas and hours and I was placed in one of the finished rooms on the 3rd floor which was excellent especially the new bathrooms. All of the staff that I encountered was very friendly and greeted you with smiles. The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Cincinnati, the Horseshoe casino, and nearby shopping and restaurants at the Levee. After I checked out I realized I had mistakenly left something in the room. I wanted to send a big thanks to Roy who was working the front desk and promptly sent someone upstairs to retrieve the item and had it waiting for me when I returned. I would use the hotel again if I am visiting Cincinnati in the future.

Renovations happen, but noise all weekend? Including start time of 8:10 on a Sunday? Just not what we paid for.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by torquemaster6 Nice new furnishings in room, same old hotel though
This hotel is in what should be a great location for access to downtown Cincinnati. But the remodeled rooms cannot hide that fact that it is an old building, with dated utilities and sound insulation. Noise from the two nearby bridges is constant and can be felt in addition being heard 24 hours a day. Makes sleeping difficult when combined with the old and noisy HVAC unit.

This property is under renovation, but the new rooms were of excellent quality, and we found the bathrooms and showers to be better than most recent Holiday Inn hotel stays elsewhere.
The accessibility to the city proper is amazing with a $1 per person shuttle, picking up and dropping off, no more than 150 feet from the front door.
The bar and hotel staff were very kind, and warm.. We had a few issues with the dining room for breakfast, but one of the mangers heard our concerns and I am sure they were addressed.
I will definitely use this facility again, have recommended it to my fellow nurses, and believe that it will be a jewel in the crown of the Queen City once renovations are complete.
