Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wigansmoggy Great location!
Hotel was in excellent location for visit to London (from 3 Bridges station) and then on to Gatwick Airport the following day.
Room was great. Only problem was lack of internet connection.
Had dinner on the first night and was mainly good, but young son had the pizza and for £12 expected more than a cheap frozen pizza.
Health club next door is excellent and loads of parking available (albeit a bit steep at £10 a night).
Overall, good experience and wouldn't let the niggles put me off from using again next time in area.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jedplan Good stop-off for Airport
My wife and I were in a family party of nine, including three young children. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to Gatwick, in order to get an early morning flight. Overall, the experience was good, especially in our room. We all had dinner, which was reasonable, and the kids ate free! The service was slow, mainly down to the sheer volume of guests arriving.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly, but procedures could be improved, especially with booking in of our two vehicles. Check-out and retrieval of cars was excellent.
The only real problem was that there was a wedding party at the hotel on the same evening. Two of the guests were in the room next to us, talking loudly, but they went downstairs and we slept well before the early morning call at 3.15 am.
At check-out, however, one guest was incandescent with rage - he had been allocated a room too near to the wedding party.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Milo38 Good place to stay for a stop over
We stayed one night before our holiday and left the car there, and then another night on our return. Had to change rooms on first night as we had a double bed and a sofa bed (slightly bigger than a single) for a family of 4 - children aged 9 and 14 so no way any of us could have shared the sofa bed comfortably. We did manage to change rooms however the receptionist didn't deal with us in the most professional manner however the outcome was good. Room on the way back was perfect (if a family, you need to ask for 2 double beds in your room as they don't do any other options). Food very good, we felt very good value for money, room very clean and shower was great!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Frazpas convenient, good value, clean
Nice experience on the whole, slighty let down by slow check in (having booked on line and carefully checked my details before we arrived, why should it take sooo long?). Also frustrated we had an extra guest (child) in one of the rooms and there was lack of bedding, towels and other supplies to match, took a while to get any answer from reception. However I would use it again, although i would call ahead to make sure they fully supply and prepare the rooms if we do not have the standard 2 people.
I booked first by phone and explained how many people we were (5 in two rooms) but the booking staff only recorded one person per executive room- i corrected on line afterwards, but the data seems to be ignored at the hotel. Dispite this, clean, nice sized rooms, comfortable beds.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ram2015 Good airport hotel Food terrible!
Hotel is nice and convenient for airport, rooms large and clean.
The food in the restaurant was terrible, you would have to go a long way to find a worse meal! Bought in lamb shank completely ruined, one lamb shank was served with 12 full cloves of garlic, totally inedible, when we pointed this out we told that it was roasted garlic! Quite ridiculous !
