Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad for the price Hotel looks a bit dated from outside but nice enough inside. Room clean and comfortable. Costs for car parking a bit steep for what equated to less then 12 hours. Food was pretty bad though, had a burger which thought would be a safe bet but tough as old boots and vastly overpriced for what it was. March 16, 2015

Had to wait nearly 20 mins at the bar just for a glass of ice as the person behind the bar was not dealing with the queue very well. Apart from this we would definitely stay again. March 11, 2015

The only negative for me is the £10 parking fee per night which I think is excessive - I understand that it is used for everyone (like myself) for staying at prior to or post flying from Gatwick and have a need to park, but still.... The size of the room is brilliant and the complimentary wi-fi for reward club members is very welcome. I will use it again if I have to fly from Gatwick again. March 5, 2015

The hotel is new and this is reflected in the decor and cleanliness. I do wonder what it will be like in a year or so's time. To have to pay for use of the hotel carpark as an overnight guest is a bit out of order. However overall good. March 1, 2015
