My father and I enjoyed wonderful breakfast each morning in the hotel restaurant. The staff was wonderful and I will be returning for my next visit in May. December 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, spacious room and excellent service Our stay was for a family gathering and we found the king suite and the adjoining room we reserved to be very comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was excellent and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and had everything to make our stay relaxing. Great location too. November 27, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sauberkeit Leider war das Hotel nicht so sauber wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Fittnessraum und Pool sind sehr grosszügig, jedoch dürfte die Sanitäranlage des Pools erneuert werden. Leider gibt es das ganze dann nur zu einem Preis der aus meiner Sicht etwas zu hoch ist. Für einen kommenden Besuch im Gebiet Crystal Lake werde ich mich zum Vergleich erstmal nach einem anderen Hotel umsehen. November 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service, could have been better. Very friendly staff. Overall nice visit. Unfortunately the shower in our room had mildew. Also there were done questionable stains on one of the chairs in the room that could have been dried food but could have been dried bodily fluid. Who knows- we stayed clear of that chair, either way- gross! We also used the pool and unfortunately, there were a LOT of ants. So many that we had to be careful of where we walked. Not comforting when walking in your bare feet with little ones. Last, the morning buffet was awful. I think this was the biggest disappointment. The selection was not great and what was available was very disappointing for the money. The potatoes were dry, the French toast sticks were not good, the meal as a whole was very much a let down.
