Upon check in, Chris was quick to greet me, efficient and friendly as he assigned my room. He placed a call to my room to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was.
Also had a chance to talk to Chef Josh and was impressed with his knowledge on culinary skills.
As always the high point of my visit was the wonderful Heidi in the lounge, what a fantastic lady with a knowledge of arts, entertainment and sports. Go Hawks!!

My stay was cursed. Overall appearance upon arrival was impressive. Lobby/Bar area looked inviting. The room I was given was not impressive. I have never stayed in a hotel room that had a suspended ceiling. The sprinkler head, and light mounted in the ceiling panels were not trimmed out. Cob webs on the ceiling. Ceiling grids were all rusted. I finally went to the front desk to notify them of my concerns. They first offered me a room change, but then did not have a room to move me to. I stayed in my room that night with one eye open. Then in the morning - No Hot Water!!

It is baseball season and it's 3 strikes your out. No hot water for 3 days, slow internet connection for 3 days and $5 beers. I used to enjoy coming to this location several years ago, but it has apparently gone down hill.
