Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Visited for Cowboys Thanksgiving game We went to Dallas for the Cowboys Thanksgiving fan (not Cowboys fans, but AT&T Stadium is a bucket list item) and stayed here because all the downtown hotels were booked. I was thanked for being a platinum member, but I'm not sure if I got an upgrade or not, that wasn't really mentioned yes or no. The location worked well, everything in Dallas is only a few minutes away. The room itself was ok, noa few things could've been fixed (the towel rack was sagging, minor stains on the wall, etc#. The A/C was only doing cold air #which is an issue in November) and within minutes of reporting, they sent somebody up to fix it, which was nice, but afterwards it only did hot air. The first night we were very cold and couldn't sleep, the second night we were very hot and couldn't sleep. Each night, when we woke up, we were too tired to get a good start to our day, and we missed some of our morning activities because of this. I'm not sure if it was the A/C or the beds, but throughout our trip we did not feel rested. The front desk staff was helpful and the restaurant was great. If you're staying in Dallas, this hotel is alright, but based on our stay, I thought it should be a few bucks cheaper. December 4, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Happy I Stayed here The hotel was nice and clean, staff was very friendly. The only downside of the stay was the large tour bus group that filled the lobby with their suitcases strewn across the floor in the lobby area and outside of the main enterance. It was like going through an obstacle course to get into the lobby and to the elevator this evening. November 29, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and clean. We were on an extended group bus trip, so did not book the hotel ourselves. We were very happy with this stay. Had one meal at the restaurant next door, who accommodated all 23 of us, and one meal at Kem's on the hotel premises. The "Happy Hour" was a surprise to us and very enjoyable. Some of our group did not hear about it and were a little disappointed that they did not get to enjoy the free food and drinks. Overall, a very nice hotel, and we would stay here again.
