After asking staff about it, they immediately sent help to get our air working. The breakfast buffett had a nice variety of choices. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Though it was in a good area and the price was decent, we thought the room wasn't very clean and didn't have the extras we were looking for. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and service My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The restaurant has very good food. Security and lighting at night are good. The beds are comfortable, and there was no noise from the street or hallway. The room was a little crowded and my husband, who was using a walker, had trouble manuveuring around the furniture. (This was an accessible room). The heating and cooling system needs to be overhauled. For example, if you want to change from heating to air conditioning (not uncommon in Texas) the maintenance person has to come into your room and change the system from the ceiling. Despite the need for updating the building, I would stay here again, just because of the staff who were outstanding. February 16, 2015
