The property out performs my expectations of the Holiday Inn brand. The renovation, property size, attention to detail, excellent food quality and location make this ideal. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Troubled room We experienced a sleepless night the first night there as the water in the tub ran the entire night. It was not a drip, but rather a running water noise. It kept us up all night. I did report it in the morning & when we returned in the evening it had still not been fixed. Called down to office & we were moved to another room with no running water. The food I did receive was served cold... 3. I left 3 messages for the manager to call me to discuss my stay- despite promises, have yet to receive a call back 4. The staff simply refuses to make eye contact. Would a 'good morning!' hurt to say? 5. When was the last time the carpeting was cleaned? 6. One bright spot: The Housekeeping Manager was very nice. Bottom-Line: Avoid this hotel. I wish I did. November 19, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Average Everything you can expect from Holiday Inn. Disappointed in the way they handled water main break (not their fault) but it required shutting off ALL water to hotel in early morning hours. Hotel didnt even provide bottle of water to brush teeth. November 19, 2014
