Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel all around This Holiday Inn is very modern. They have it all at this location. Indoor pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar. We experienced all while on this visit. The restaurant food is very good. The bar is kind of small but in respect to that, it does not stay open very late. Luckily the bar tender had enough customers to where he could at least stay open until 10pm. The pool and hot tub were well kept too. The staff was very friendly both at check in time and check out time. Overall I had a great experience. This is my second time staying at this location and this experience was probably even better than the first time....... February 22, 2013

Strongly suggest staying in Ringgold GA (about 20 miles north) folks there are great and owned by same company. My money says the issue is the hotel manager. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience after a long travel day Stayed here driving home from Florida. Fresh, modern, happy decor and good service. The lobby and bar/restaurant are fun and welcoming. Our accessible room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bar service was very good, restaurant as well. The dinner special was delicious. The only other thing is WATCH OUT for the crazy steep driveway! Almost drove into the landscaping. And as in ALL accessible rooms all over the country, the toilet was too low. February 1, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best "business friendly" hotel in NW Georgia! Fun for the Kids too! I travel to Dalton, GA on a weekly basis and I ALWAYS stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites right off of Exit 333. The staff are very friendly from the managers of the property (Goutam and Christopher) to the front desk folks (Erni, Chris, Sara and Caleb). I spend lots of time in the lounge after work and Penny at the bar always has a nice word or two at the end of a long day...and a stiff drink! Several restaurants are in the area, but the food (Chef Lester!) is quite alright - I recommend their homemade pizzas, the burgers or the chicken sandwiches. Their salads are HUGE! The pool is actually big enough to get a decent workout (I'd guess about 12 Metres) in which is unusual for most hotels these days. Enjoy!! January 14, 2013

I only have one thing that was a disappointment to me I am a Priority Club Platinum Member and stay at holiday inn hotels regularly I tried to use my points at this hotel and the only rooms available for points here were "Queen Smoking Rooms" which forced me to pay for a non smoking room which was available but not for points.
