Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Newly renovated but still some shortcomings We decided to stay here as we saw the positive review. It is indeed nicely and newly renovated. The rooms are modern with plugs well located to charge multiple devices near the bed. The hotel is also very clean. That being said the bed was just ok. The blanket was not sufficient and not warm enough. There was no additional pillow or blanket available. The insulation of the window on room 331 was not fixed since the 70's. There is a massive draft. The full joint is missing. The ac/heat window unit needs to stay on all the time and get very noisy. I didn't sleep well for 2 nights been woke up by the noise. The staff is really a mixed pot. The lady in the restaurant is super nice and some of the receptionist. On Saturday night, the receptionist just ignored us as we were coming back despite wish her a good night. She did the same with other guests. March 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. During our entire stay the second floor REEKED of fresh burning Marijuana, which had to be obvious to hotel staff who did nothing to stem the problem. Our tv did not work for the first 2 days, which we believed was weather related. However on ther 3rd day, which was sunny and clear we complained to hotel staff. The problem could not be fixed requiring us to pack our stuff up and move to another room. Also on the first 2 mornings, we were promptly awoken around 5:40 by a dog whining across the hall from our room and furiously scratching at the door obviously needing to relieve himself. This would go on for about 10 minutes until the room occupant would finally wake up and noisily bring it out. We were later told by hotel staff that this dog was an employees dog, and should not have been on our floor. On the 3rd night, there was a physical altercation in the stairwell adjacent to our room, which we discovered as we were checking out. We had the opportunity to carry our luggage out through blood spatter on the walls and floor. VERY NICE! During checkout we asked to speak to a mangaer about our experience, and was told there was none available, however we were connected to his voicemail and left a message including our contact information. Of course we did not receive a response, and again called 3 days later. I left a second voicemail again with our contact information, and to this day have not heard from the "alleged":manager. Customer service is OBVIOUSLY not a priority for this hotel, which is not what we would expect from a Holiday Inn. March 16, 2015
