All good with exception of breakfast, peeking at the guest record it looked as we were some of the last for breakfast. Food was not hot enough and with just warm plates half way through eating our food it was cold.

As a disabled guest, I was highly impressed by the accessible facilities supplied. The wet room was extremely large, with both an overhead shower and hand-held one. There were plenty of grab rails, and a chair for sitting on under the shower. I use crutches permanently, but had I been in a wheelchair, there was ample room to move around in one. The one thing I would have loved to have had was an electric adjustable bed - I tend to seize up overnight, and to be able to gradually sit up would have been extremely beneficial. All in all though top marks to Holiday Inn for really thinking through what facilities a disabled person requires.
