Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Holiday Inn I try to stay and HIG properties and this is one of the better Holidayy Inn properties I have stayed at. Very clean and friendly and excellent location from the interstate and the race track. Not close if you are visiting just for the beaches. Will stay again when down there for work. February 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Stayed 4 nights, clean, well kept property. Helpful, pleasant staff. Convenient to the interstate, and within a short drive to Speedways, the beach, retail, and dining. Whirlpool/hot tub was a welcome amenity during the COLD February weather. Pool is not heated. Hotel was great! Would stay again, if I ever return to another IHG Group hotel. (IHG Rewards, burned me badly on this stay after nearly 20 years of Priority Club membership. The website did not allow me to modify my reservation. Fine print regarding purchase of points and how cash is not refunded but points are!) February 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great clean hotel, friendly desk staff and great room Nice hotel, wonderful front desk staff, Comfortable bed, great décor, very relaxing after a long day on the road. only complaint was one waitress who made me wait over 10 min before I was greeted because she was busy putting napkins around the silverware, never came back to ask for a refill, would stay there again in a heartbeat but I would want a different waitress. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by sleep and comfort thank you, for the warm welcome when we arrived to the inn. We were ready for a realizing evening before heading home to the cold north.Before we turned in for the evening we decided we would head down to the restaurant for a light dinner.Not knowing that it was going to take a good 45 minutes or more to get our ordered from the kitchen it was a simple order , a bowl of chicken soup and cheeseburger slider plate with 2 drinks. We decided to ask the server how much longer it would take and couldn't answer us how much longer she answered us with ,I have to go and check.Her excuse was she was so busy,as we counted a good 6 customers at the time.She came back with the manager who couldn't answer our question after about 7 mins. We finally received our dinner. the food was very good and tasty the only real problem was it took so long.Would we go back ,u bet the only problem was that the restaurant staff truly needs improvement in coordinating orders to be taken out to the tables. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and orderly, and the restaurant was convenient. This is also a pet friendly hotel, so we were allowed to have our pet stay with us. We will certainly plan on staying at this hotel again when we return to Florida. February 12, 2015
