I told the hostess that I forgot my IHG rewards card and that she could look it up, but needless to say that was not done. Therefore the Holiday Inn where my brother and I have been coming for the last 20 years will no longer stay at this Holiday Inn.. September 25, 2014

We chose the Holiday Inn as it was close to all our friends and business associates. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was and the rooms were very nice. September 24, 2014

I slept very well on the comfortable bed, and my room exceeded my expectations. I was extremely happy with my whole experience! And a special thanks for the Manager's Reception, that was an added bonus I did not expect, but thoroughly enjoyed. September 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MY stay at the Boston- Dedham Holiday Inn My stay at the Holiday Inn Boston Dedham was pleasant. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable. i don't normally take room service I place a do not disturb sign but everyday when I return, fresh towels and toiletry was left on my door. I thought that was very good. The hotel provide a shuttle to the train stations Dedham Cooperate and route 128. this again was very helpful as I would have to catch the commuter rail to south station in boston for my conference everyday. Just one thing, the shutle begins at 7:00 am. and the commuter rail stops at the Dedham Cooperate station at 6:44 .am . I think the shuttle could start at 6:30 for people who wants to get on the early train. i took a cab some mornings to the train but on saturday when the train comes to that station a little later, 7:10 a.m, I walk ed from the hotel to the Dedham Cooperate station. Its about 10 - 13 minutes walk. I needed the exercise any how. The person who booked me for the hotel was great. He gave me all of this info about the shuttle, the train and how to get back and forth on the commuter rail back and fort to my conference. My check in person at the desk showed me how to read the train schedule. The drivers of the shutle Pierre and Billy were humble. overall, my stay was very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast begins at 6:30 a.m that was on time. i didn't use the pool or reasturant and or bar so I have no comments about those areas. Want to say special thanks to the person in reservation who help me with my stay. it was pleasant. September 19, 2014
