The entire Staff from Manager on down made the stay one of the most pleasureable and memorable stays for me and my wife. Beautiful, comfortable hotel, great location, excellent food, and big jacuzzi. Thanks again to all staff members who were so kind and understanding to our needs, as we were only passing through to attend a funeral. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our new get away I travel a LOT and have stayed in IHG properties from Houston to Calgary. This is one of the top 5 I have stayed in. We live fairly close to this property, but the indoor pool is excellent for our boys. We use priority club points for weekends away at this location. We have been to many, but this has become our favorite. Rooms are always clean. The staff is great. The TVs always work... oddly, this is an issue at some places. There is always good water pressure. There is always hot water. The climate controls work great. The beds are comfortable. Linens are clean. This last visit, I wasn't thrilled with the restaurant, but it has been good in the past.
