Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by expected more I stayed at this property for 5 days. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is very clean and it is located around a lot of restaurants. The room was clean and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. A few details I was very disappointed: Breakfast is not free. I use Holiday inn every chance I get and in every one I've been breakfast is always included. The Manager told me Holiday inn express offers free breakfast but Ive stayed in both express and regular and Ive always got breakfast. especially as a gold member. I think is kind of cheap they didn't. I needed to use a computer to print and only one was working, which happens but, I was there for 5 days and it never got fixed. The washer and dryer on the second floor were not working so there was only one washer and one dryer on the forth floor. those two are falling apart AND you have to pay. Again Ive stayed in many holiday inn and every time I use the laundry facilities are free. Lastly there are no safes in the room. You have to go down to the front desk and use a deposit box. Very inconvenient for the guest that actually uses it. Other cheaper hotels have in room safe you would expect holiday inn to be above that. Over all its a good place to stay. Like I mentioned before, I use Holiday Inn as much as I can and I use those amenities that I mentioned. If you normally don't use the things I mentioned then you will be ok. January 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bad customer service The customer service at this place was poor. The worst part is a member of management checked us in. To start she acted lIke we were bugging her just being there. Then second they did not have us pre checked in (done on line) then didn't recognize our reward status or give a welcome gift. She was really just unprofessional. Started my wife and my say off bad...... January 5, 2015
