Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Average Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and I appreciated the underground parking and the VERY cozy bed. The coffee brewer is the handiest thing in the world as it also makes boiling water for teas and instant foods (which I had with me). On the downside, the room was very drafty (it was snowing outside), and I had to use linens to block the cold air coming in from the window. I ordered breakfast the second morning and didn't get it; nobody offered to compensate for this. There is no hot tub which is kind of a must for me when paying for this caliber of hotel. There is no place to change in the pool area (???). Overall, however, not bad. November 19, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by If You Can, Stay Elsewhere If you are planning to be at this hotel during the week, you might have a better experience than I did. If you are planning to stay there over the weekend, be prepared that there is no shuttle service, the hotel offers no continental breakfast or even a cup of coffee to guests in the morning (with the exception of utilizing your in-room coffee maker). Also, the restaurant is not open for lunch on weekends either. You can't even buy a good cup of coffee on the property during the weekend unless you choose to pay for your breakfast in the restaurant, because the coffee shop is closed on weekends too. If you request items from the front desk for housekeeping to bring to you, don't expect the items to show up; they most likely won't. There was also a very loud disturbance the last night we were staying there, when two very loud and intoxicated men (probably stumbling back to their room from the topless bar located across the street from the property), were slamming doors, fighting and screaming at each other for a good 1 1/2 hours. No one from the staff did anything about it. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. That is the extent of my compliments. If you can, stay elsewhere when in the Cherry Creek area. It's worth it to pay a little more a night and get extra comforts that are normally offered to guests at a hotel. November 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Broncos Game This hotel is very nice and clean, I can say it was alot nicer that a few of the Holiday Inn's I have stayed at. Purpose was a Broncos vs Chargers game, and we took a taxi from this location to the stadium and was a fair price. If I go back to Denver next year for another Broncs and Chargers rival Division game, I will stay here at this hotel. November 19, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice but Average The room was nice, decent storage, sink area separate from shower, nice long shelf to put bathroom stuff on. But, like many hotels, not enough places to hang towels. The walls are thin. I could hear every conversation in the hallways and from the adjoining rooms...especially through the adjoining room door (that I found unlocked when I arrived). I played white noise on my phone so I could sleep. Room has a fridge and coffee maker but no microwave, No vending machines that I could find. Room service ends at 9:30 or 10 I think. The staff seemed stressed when I arrived, and they were not very pleasant (it's ok, I know stuff happens). But, my room key kept "turning off" and since you need it to run the elevator, I kept going for rides in it since someone would call it while I was trying to get it to work for me. I had to get a new key twice in my 2 days there. There's is a parking garage, but many of the spaces are too narrow due to structural pillars that are within the spaces. This made it impossible it find a space one night. I had the breakfast buffet both mornings, and it was decent. The coffee was good. They have a barista, but I didn't try to get a latte since it was very slow. I will stay here again mostly because our company has a corporate rate, and it is relatively convenient to my office and the surrounding amenities or the area. November 16, 2014

The front desk staff is friendly and attentive to my needs. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean and quiet. My first choice every time I come to Denver. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Cherry Creek Nice hotel, nice room. Terrible internet. I was there for a business trip, so the internet became a problem for me. I could not get a connection anywhere in the hotel and when I asked about it, the desk staff said they get that complaint all the time. November 8, 2014
