Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad parking and noisey air conditioner I really would not stay at this location even though we will be going back to the medical facility. We really did not get good sleep with the noise the air conditioner made going on all night. The staff was friendly at the front desk and the cleaning people were friendly but just seemed like a hotel that was old in the mechanics. Pool area was very nice and the area for relaxing seemed nice. July 3, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Chaos and Noise Returning from a wedding late Saturday evening, the parking situation was in chaos. The lot in front of the lobby was packed with cars at a standstill, then once we were able to get to the underground parking lot, it was full. After waiting several minutes for the cars in front of us to clear out, we made it to the ramp on the other side of the hotel, and found it full. Then I had to get out of my car to tell the drivers trying to come up the ramp that it was full and they needed to back down so we could get out. I found out there was another lot behind the hotel after I parked in front and went in to the front desk. After we got parked and entered the hotel from the rear, the hallways to the lobby were packed with people and screaming, out of control, children. There was a party going on, hence the increase in traffic. Once we got to our room and got to bed, we were awakened by some loud guests in the hallway around 3:30 in the morning. I know nothing can be done about the thoughtless guests in the hallway, but the next time you have an event, you should get more people involved to direct traffic and make parking for guests a priority. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Could have been better, stayed here in the past We were not happy with our room. Corner room with weird bathroom/vanity config. and queen bed. Noisy with carwash next door. As a Platinum member I was expecting a room with a king bed, as in my profile. There was no water in the bathroom (boiler under repair I assume)until very late in the day. After a long day of driving into Denver it was a big disappointment not being able to shower. The hotel did not charge us for this first day, which was appreciated. June 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by dirty bathroom and low water pressure Water pressure in bathroom was poor and water was barely hot. But the most pathetic thing was the cleanliness. My room even after being serviced still had clearly visible hair in the bathroom shower and bathroom floor... This was the case the two notes I was there... disappointed. I have mixed reviews about the staff..while the check in staff were warm, friendly, helpful and courteous, one of the dining staff was so cold, unfriendly sand brusque that it just left a bad taste in the stay..almost like it was too much trouble to take one's order... I could hear a tiny bit of street noise from my second floor room, but it was quiet for the most part. The only possible issue is the location. The hotel is across the street from a strip club, and I couldn't find many restaurants or other things to do within walking distance. However, the parking is free, so it was convenient enough to drive. June 23, 2015

We had travelled around Colorado (inc a 3 night stay elsewhere in Denver) and this was the most expensive hotel June 20, 2015
