Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible accounting service They did not charge our company credit card and instead made the guest we had flown in pay for the room on her own credit card. I have been trying to get that charge reversed for 2 weeks now and have only been able to get someone to answer their phone twice. When I faxed and emailed the form to have the charge reversed, they said the reverse was complete. However, the charge is still on the guest's credit card and not our company card. May 16, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed and clean surroundings Overall, we had a good stay. The bed was the best ever we have had with Holiday Inn. It seems like we have trouble with the heat/air conditioning each time we are there. Wish that could be resolved. Our stay is for medical reasons while we visit doctors at Nation Jewish Health. Our "handicapped" shower had a high tub to step in and out of and that was rather scary. A few more safety handles would even help. But we liked everything else. Parking was not difficult to find, but the spaces were so small it was tricky getting in and out with the car even in a handicapped space. We managed and everything is fine. Thank you. May 14, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay! This hotel was easy to find, close to stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent, even though I didn't get greeted as a Platinum member. I stopped by the front desk one evening to see where I could get a new charger for cell phone. The clerk recommended the department store across the street. It might be a good idea to add a small selection of chargers or adapters for cell phones/electronics like most rental car companies have on their counters. May 11, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great buffet breakfast! I stayed for business, my family came along for pleasure. The staff were very attentive and enthusiastic. Pool was pleasant slightly cold. The weight room was great and we enjoyed exercising there. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with great service and really nice variety of food. Only disappointment was that the shuttle did not run on the weekends. May 8, 2016

The location was perfect to the wedding venue. The staff was super in answering questions and assisting with our requests. The facility was nicely appointed and recently updated. It was a great stay!
