The room was super nice and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The only downfall was the bathroom was really dirty. There was dirty along the edges and there was hair all over the floor and in the bath tub, just made me wonder what else they slacked on cleaning.

We have stayed at this location many, many times over the past 14 years. Due to it's location and reasonable price, we have generally been pretty happy.
We arrived on Saturday. With the weather being bad, we went down to the front desk on Sunday and requested another night. We then went about our day getting our daughter moved into her new apartment. We returned to the room at around 3:00 pm and it was obvious there had been no maid service, at all. We were close to out of toilet paper and our beds had not been made. When I inquired at the front desk, the person in charge said "We only change out the linens every three days, or when the room is vacated". I stated I had no problem with them not changing the linens but asked again why basic maid service had not been done. He gave me a sort of puzzled look and then stated it was too late in the day to have the room made up as housekeeping was no longer available. Instead of offering a discount on the room he offered to buy our breakfast. When I stated we already had arrangements made for breakfast...he said there was nothing more he could do.
Please note that while I stated I would recommend the property...I would definitely warn others of our experience...

Hotel was clean and had very friendly service. Location minutes away from Cherry Creek North shopping and restaurants, however directly across the street from a shady strip club and although there is a Target and couple restaurants across the street too I'm not sure I would have felt safe walking anywhere. Most parking is below the hotel. Doesn't give you the safest feeling since there was no hotel card entry to get down there and anyone could walk/drive down there. Also spots are small but there always seemed to be a spot to park.
Rooms are clean, except the bathtubs. The tub in my room was grimy. There were also multiple towels with spots on them. Sure they were clean but stained.
Staff is extremely friendly. Restaurant has some great options. Breakfast buffet has a fresh omelet bar and other tasty items. They also have a coffee shop that brews Starbucks beverages.
Rooms do not have the option to run a fan continuously. It is somewhat noisy and depending on what temperature you have it set on it kicks on and off continuously while you're sleeping. It also got very chilly one night and it seemed they set the temperature for all rooms the same throughout the hotel since the thermostat was on a locked position as I had it set to 74 degrees but it never went higher than 68. The windows are very drafty too.

This was a very special trip for me. I needed everything to be perfect. It was! The Holiday Inn Cherry Creek helped me pull off a memorable weekend. Skye at the front desk is INCREDIBLE. She helped me with my reservation and making sure I got just the right room. I am sure I drove her nuts with my calls and questions prior to our stay. While we were there she assisted us with every need we had. Even had great playful banter for us when I wined about walking in the cold. Alex, who checked me in made it as painless as possible. Jon D (Mr. D), the GM at this property is the kindest person ever. He is very gracious and welcoming as if this property were his own home. Robert the bartender, was a blast. Very friendly and funny. He can talk to anyone about anything. We looked forward to ending our evenings enjoying a few drinks at the bar visiting with Robert. I would say the only problem I had was with Mike M. I am not sure of his exact position only that he manages either the front desk or food and beverage or both. This man should not be heading up any type of guest service departments. He has no concept of guest services. Thank gosh the staff below him and above him have enough knowledge to more then make up for his incompetency's. Thanks Everyone especially Skye and Robert for making this trip a most memorable one. If I had gotten a survey you would have received a 10!

I enjoyed this hotel. Has a decent lounge area. 2 drawbacks. The parking is absolutely horrible. It's underground parking garage which probably would be ok except that the spaces have poles in them and they are spaced for very small vehicles. Took forever to find a spot. And their was no place else to park very confusing. The second was the dining room. No one available when I went in. Some others who were there said they seated themselves. They had to bang on the door to get her to come out. And told her to come over and take my order. She rudely stated she was in the bathroom when I asked for a wine she said we don't have it I said water then. And she fills my glass and spills it all over the table and left it. He acted very rude the whole time. Refused to go back for the next days meal. Did not get an upgrade for being a platinum member. Was checked in early. Thank you for that.

I truly enjoyed the professionalism and warmth of the staff. They were always eager to assist in every area. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. Each time I am in Denver, Cherry Creek Holiday Inn is surly my choice for a home away from home. Thank you staff and keep up the great work!

It was one of those below zero nights, but the room was warm as well as the hotel lobby. I had changed location in order to be close to my meeting. I was glad that I was close to my meeting the next morning when it was snowing. (It was across the street about two blocks.)

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Cherry Creek very much. The rooms are very clean, modern, and decorated nicely. The bed was wonderful and I very much enjoyed my upgrade to the great room with a view! Great staff!!
Breakfast was wonderful as well. I will glady return and stay again!

The Night Auditor, Bernadette and Alex at the front desk were absolutely fantastic and others helped out as well. They made what could have turned into a nightmare a nice stay, for a funeral, juggling multiple reservations and numerous changes.
Just because of their efforts I would recommend this hotel to my friends and associates.

Everything was great. The staff was helpful to all of our needs the entire stay. Very clean! Great Breakfast Bar! A bit pricey but get it with your room rate and it is cheaper and well worth it! The only thing I would change is for the Pool to be warmer. It was still a little cool for us to be indoors. Parking on the ground level is for smaller cars, use the upper parking if you have a larger vehicle. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is an average hotel. Paking in basement is tight but convenient . Street access is tough with traffic. Stores and restuaraunts are close. The first night the heat didn't work and I didn't realize it until I got up and the temp was 65 when the thermostat was set on 69. I forgot to ask that the heat be checked. The second night I got in late and the room was hot. It was 77 and the temp was set on 69. The heat was still on full blast. When maintenance came they told me the heat was operating as designed and if 77 degrees was too hot that they would open my 9th floor window for me or I could open myself! The front desk aplogized but did not offer any other solutions and had no other rooms.

I always stay at the Cherry Creek when in Denver. the updated rooms are very nice. The staff is efficeint and friendly. I especially like the location on Colorado Blvd, easy access and commute to where I want to go. The breakfast in the AM is exceptional but can be a bit pricey. The drive down to the lower park level is a bit intimidating but it works although the elevator access is a bit confusing. Overall-a fine place to stay which is why I keep coming back when my wife and I visit Denver.

The hotel itself was great. We stayed there when we were in Denver for a family wedding. We did not eat at the hotel, so I can't rate the food, we did frequent the bar and Robert, the bartender was outstanding.
The only negative thing about the whole stay was the parking. The parking garage's front entrance is a tricky entrance and while we were there, they were getting ready to resurface the lot so they had things blocked off at odd times of the day. The parking spots in the garage are also difficult to pull in and out of - they are trying to cram too many cars in a small space cut up by lots of pillars.
Other than the parking, I'd recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cherry Creek Holiday Inn. We booked a suite and were very happy with the room. The breakfast was a step up from the breakfasts that are generally included in the rate. This was also a convenient location for us. We were disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay.

As a frequent traveler who doesn't normally stay at Holiday Inn, I was amazed at the room quality and the comfort of the bed. I slept well every night! I especially loved having options to relax, such as pillow options and multiple comforters and blankets. Unlike most hotels that give you just one chair to rest in, this Holiday Inn had a sectional seating arrangement, an ergonomic chair, and a bench. This came in handy when co-workers needed to use my room to brainstorm...we were able have enough space to arrange seating in a format perfect for communication.
The Wi-Fi worked great; happy hour specials didn't break the bank, and my bartender, Robert, was always on top of things. Though there was some construction taking place, this didn't ruin my stay. I liked the organic nature of the lobby, and felt comfortable at all points of time. Staff were happy to assist me in getting a cab each day (even pleasantly calling my room when my cab came early).
There was only one thing that I did not enjoy, and that was that the front desk was not able to look up my rewards club number. I found this to be uncommon compared to other hotels. Therefore they did not honor my status. Other than that, I'd be happy to return to the Holiday Inn Cherry Creek any day!

Outside my room not being serviced and the tub not draining everything was great. Good location the complimnetary shuttle is great. Lot's of dining options near by. VERY comfortable room and nice amenities. Bar offers Happy Hour. Give it a try.

Hotel is in Cherry Creek suburb of Denver. Close to Cherry creek Mall with a free shuttle bus to the mall.
Downtown Denver requires a taxi ride ($18).
Outside the $51 airport flat rate but taxis both ways accepted the flt rate fee.
Hotel nice with comfortable room and small bathroom. We got breakfast included in rate which was very good value as it was a good buffet breakfast with an omelette/egg station cooking to order.
We also had an evening meal was was basic but very pleasant and good value.
There is a pool which was closed for renovation and a fitness centre.
