The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. The one thing I missed was an outdoor smoking area. There is a 2-3 person bench near the entrance, but I'm used to hotels having an outside area with comfortable chairs for people to get together and smoke if they'd like.

My wife and I travel for a living, she was by herself on this trip and was treated with total disrespect. For starters, they never recognized her as an IHG member, wasn't asked about bonus points or snack but the gentleman behind her was. Her reservation included purchased breakfast which customer service rep didn't recognize. I was very disappointed when she called and told me of the issues. I stay in a lot of Holiday Inn's, but I'll taking this one off my list.

Adequate accommodations. Internet connection kept dropping. A/C did not hold temperature setting. Carpet was stained. Lighting in bathroom needed to be chaned.

I arrived at the airport late at night as a distressed passenger!
I called the hotel and was advised they only had a double left and said okay. It was 2.00pm my time and Midnight local time and I
needed some where to sleep as I had been travelling all day.
The airport shuttle driver was more interested in taking care of the airline crews and from being second in line ending up being last to board.
I arrived at the hotel only to find front desk staff that had little or no eye contact and had no warm converstaion.
I was not asked or recognized if I was a member of the IHG Rewards Club and I offered the information.
I asked if I had the double room and response was yes! now I am off to my room ----- Suprise! Suprise ! I have an ADA -roll in shower room.- I had no luggage and wanted to wash out my under cloths but Alas! no plug in the sink? I now venture to bed and set the the alarm clock! - OH! it is not plugged in.
I left in the morning and at check out recieved the no eye contact and warm greeting -how was every thing and have a good day!
I had stayed at a Holiday Inn the prior day and it was so nice to be recognized and welcomed.

After a long week, my tolerance for issues plummets significantly. I use your hotel because of its consistently high standards, and because I rarely have those unpleasant surprises that often accompany a frequent traveler.

Clean, quiet and new. Very capable and efficient front desk staff. Relatively expensive rooms.

Convenient to the airport. Great staff. Would recommend this hotel when you plan to fly into or out or Denver.

Never get the rooms I request on a points stay... Requested during the reservation for adjoining rooms, arrived at the hotel and they had told me they couldn't accommodate the request... Very big disappointment again with IHG rewards...
