Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cool room? I stayed at this Inn prior to flying out of DEN. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the rooms were well appointed, and the food was quite good for a chain hotel. Nice happy hour too! My only issue was that my room wouldn't cool down. So before unpacking be sure your AC gets the job done. Otherwise, a fine hotel. Oh, and the airport shuttle was great. February 6, 2016

In each and every one I have stayed in several cities and states the staff has always been awesome, the rooms are clean, the food excellent, and the pool wonderful after a day of shopping, sight sighting etc. I strongly recommend the Holiday Inns anywhere you travel! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room and helpful staff My room was clean and comfortable. I was upgraded without asking and the hotel was quiet. The food at the hotel was great, I had a business lunch there and my guest commented on how good the food was. In the morning, I wanted to take an earlier shuttle and was fit into the schedule without issue. I plan to stay at this hotel in the future for my visits to Denver. February 1, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Expect an average stay Hotel property needs updating. Carpet in hallways and common areas have an old and musty smell. This is a six floor property and the carpet as well as smell is on every floor. The excercise room is neglected and multiple pieces of equipment were out of order. The staff was nice and accommodative. Kudos to staff. January 30, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very Disappointed I recently just stayed at this property and have stayed here a few times in the last year but unfortunately this was a very disapointing stay. At first all was well and the front desk lady was very nice and thanked me for being an IHG Spire Elite member and was very helpful. Once in the room i noticed immediately how dirty it was from the stained carpets to the looked to be dirty top cover on the bed. Needless to say i wasn't impressed. Although the room wasn't up to par the hot water was very hot and the water pressure was excellent in the hotel but still as a Spire member who has spent most of the last 4 months in IHG hotels exclusively this is one of my least favorite experiences.
