One not it is defintiely easy and enjoyable to use the transit train to get to the hotel. Very easy and the staff was very helpful in navigating it. shuttles are on point and the drivers are excellent! May 16, 2016

I entered my room to find it clean and inviting. The shuttle drivers were courteous and accommodating. I enjoyed my first trip to Denver and can't wait to return! April 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by SAVE YOUR MONEY The positive: the staff at the breakfast was wonderful. unfortunately that's where the positives end. The hotel has 3 elevators - they only operate one at a time. On most occasions you will wait 20 minutes for the elevator to come. Stairs are not an option - as they are for "emergency only". The front desk staff is extremely rude, and usually only one person on duty at a time. My room was next to a utility room used by "employees only" who proceeded to smoke heavily in that room, thus filling mine with smoke on a daily basis. room keys quit working on a regular basis #and no I didn't put it anywhere near my phone#. sever guests had this issue. my room was not cleaned each day, even though the latest I was in my room was 11:30am, and never returned prior to 6:30pm. There is very limited parking - plan on walking through the sketchy parking lot. April 21, 2016
