There is little value at this hotel. There is no breakfast or happy hours. The air conditioning, especially in the west-facing rooms, cannot keep up with the sun and heat. The elevators are less than reliable. The rooms require refurbishment. There is not a comfortable chair in the room. The only furniture other than a bed is a metal frame chair.

One bad experience out of many. One front desk person gave us the wrong room on purpose, then made excuses as if we should not have been told in advance or maybe wouldn't notice that we were given a queen instead of a king (paid for in advance on the internet). Then the manager was arrogant and rude as if we had no reason to complain. What rubbish.

We were saying to attend a tournament at Dicks Sporting Goods park and this is a perfect location for teams to be close to the fields. Staff was friendly and wonderful. Give yourself a little extra time when ordering food, but it's worth the wait.

Front desk staff not very pleasant, seemed hassled, couldn't handle the traffic. Elevators had problems, but worked most of the time. Room was clean and fine, but dated.

This is the second time we stayed and were unable to use the bathtub in the room for lack of stopper and poor water pressure.

My daughter forgot her earring on the bedside table. She remembered and called within an hour of leaving the hotel. It was 4:30am so no one was in the room prior. We contacted the front desk and the said they would get back to us when housekeeping found them. 3 Calls no response...1 visit in person on the return journey and no help....VERY disappointed in the housekeeping and staff response to this relatively easy issue.

The airport shuttle look over an hour to pick me up on the return journey.

Despite the convenient location will probably not stay again....

It’s very saddening to hear that you don’t plan on returning for a third time. When items that have been left behind are found and/or reported, we have a strict protocol we follow, and we did not find the mentioned earring. We have alerted our maintenance team about the bathtub in your guest room so the appropriate repairs could be made. We really hope you will consider giving us another chance, as we take the comments we receive from our guests to help us make improvements to our Inn, and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

This was not my top pick, but I needed a hotel close to an event I was attending nearby and my top choice was full. The email offering upgrades, early check in, a reduced breakfast coupon, etc., prior to arrival, did not impress the front desk, I'm afraid. The worst part of the stay was the shuttle back to the airport. I was waiting about 30" prior and when it did show up, it filled up and 3 of us were told we had to wait. We asked the front desk if they would call a cab and they said they had to clear it with the manager. There should be a plan B in place to accommodate guests' when the shuttle fills up. Overall, I felt that the front desk staff was not very responsive to me (I did have an expectation based on the Holiday Inn emails offering me some flexibility for my stay, especially the check in time that did not mesh with the way I was treated). The nicest person was the man who handled the valet service. He was super nice and helpful.

Bar was excellent with attentive servers and bartenders. Great team effort. Bathroom in the room had bleach stains on the walls. Front desk seemed new and not overly cheerful. Although, overall, reliable service from this brand of hotels.

Beware Business Traveler

This property has absolutely zero internet after 5pm. This happened during my entire stay there. I did call the front desk several times, and was even told I would receive a call when resolved..never happened. When I checked out, I told the front desk lady about the internet problem and she really could of cared less. Internet issues was due to the servers being to busy. Internet worked fine during the day. I will not be returning to this property.

I showed up thinking I had a reservation but didn't! I felt really dumb insisting that I had one but Alejandre at the front desk took care of me and ignored my stubborness! Her kindness went even further when I gave her my rental car rewards number instead of my IHG account. :) I was tired and having a bad day but she took great care of me, got me a great room, and got my rewards straight.

Every morning either the coffee, creamer, sugar or cups were out at The front lobby. The st Spurs bar was very slow. Ron, shuttle supervisor, gave excellent service.
