Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No room ready - No Hot Water - No apology To the point: > Arrived a half hour after check-in time and still had to wait another half hour. > Strange loud truck noises outside our window several times through the night > NO HOT WATER. Was forced to take a cold shower. > Told the front desk there was no hot water. All the counter person said was, "Yeah, we know". > So I asked for a discount on the room for our trouble. They only offered a free breakfast (we already ate) or 1000 points towards their rewards club which we certainly weren't interested in at this point. I shouldn't have to join a "club" to get what they should readily be offering. Once it was realized there was no hot water (it wasn't just us) they should have immediately issued an apology to all affected and offered a discount. How they reacted to both the late check in and the lack of hot water I found unacceptable. August 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Hotel, relaxing atmosphere My stay in this hotel was perfect! We arrived after midnight, exhausted and ready to crash. The staff had the room ready, got our luggage and took it to our rooms. We received a welcoming gift bag, with water bottles and granola bars. The perfect snack. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. In the morning we ate at the breakfast buffet. The chef was excellent making some wonderful omelets. They had a wheelchair for my 100 yr old Mom and a courtesy bus that took us everywhere necessary. The driver recommended a wonderful steak house and even got us in without a wait. I can't think of one negative thing about this hotel...it's the epitome of excellence! August 20, 2015

Tommie was the real standout on the evening crew but all the front desk was helpful. We would stay again. The breakfast buffet was super and the cook from Turkey was the best. August 19, 2015

The bar is quiet and I feel comfortable having dinner there, even when I dine alone. Room was comfortable, and I like the lobby. For the purpose of my business, the location was perfect. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great For Hospital Visit We stayed here because of appointments at Presbyterian/St. Luke's. They offer a hospital rates, courtesy shuttle to airport, hospitals, zoo, etc. great people and a great place to stay. We'll be staying here again. August 18, 2015
