The Customer service and Interior of hotel was up to standards, however, the location and Amenities were less than average. Unfortunately, the location was out of anyone's control. The exceptional hotel Staff and more than reasonable price, made up for Amenities. July 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by back hurt next morning bed was soft in a way that my back hurt each morning of my stay. felt like bed was not level, feet slightly higher than the head. in the middle of remolding and one of three elevators never worked during our stay. the other two were slow. July 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Located directly off the interstate! I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and how helpful the check in lady was. As for the breakfast in the morning i think they need to hire some more efficient staff. My children had to wait 20 minutes for their breakfast plates and 25 minutes just to get their beverage and i had to remind her several times. Other than that the stay was very peaceful. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Grandview Recommendation A No Go Was not impressed with the room. Toilet, bath and vanity area were all in one small room with no ventilation. Walls were paper thin. Beds were too soft and uncomfortable for my family. Breakfast was not included in special but not specified at the front desk. July 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not for us. Our first room had a butter knife sticking out of the wall. Our second room we had problems with the TV. We were to get a non-smoking room, but it had definitely been smoked in recently. The bathrooms were tiny. If you stay at this hotel with little kids there is not room in the bathroom to help them. Our window did not seal correctly so there was a lot of noise from the street and a car alarm going off at 4:30 am woke the whole family. Unbelievably long waits for the elevators. The hotel guests and staff share a total of 3 elevators. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, but restaurant staff was put out by the smallest request for silverware. July 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Upper End Service from Holiday Inn Staff is great and friendly. I'd skip the breakfast buffet though. Not really worth the money in my opinion. The biggest problem with the hotel, elevators. There were lines to use the elevators cause it was so slow. My wife was actually stuck in one of them for a bit. Overall experience is good though. Good value and the shuttle can get you almost anywhere within earshot. July 17, 2015
