Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad service I came for work, so no choice in where I stay - maybe that's why they don't care much for my business. I brought my kids with me and forgot something in my room. I called next day to say my kids forgot markers in the room - nothing outrageously expensive. Couldn't get a callback for my life. Left more messages than any decent person should. Emailed headquarters, who emailed main staff, who promised I would get some response from hotel. I got an email after DAYS saying they're sorry but no markers to be found, nothing they can do. It was so impersonal, and so cold, just heartless and rude. Markers people. Treated with zero respect. Would never stay here unless I had no choice. June 15, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay, unhappy with booking! The stay was wonderful, the only thing I was not happy about was the fact that I booked the hotel in advance for a certain price. I never received any emails or phone calls stating there was a problem with my reservation. When I checked into the hotel I was told my card was declined, which I later discovered was a problem on my bank's end, and was then charged the full amount for the room because I never made a deposit. I was never notified that this would be the case, not even when I called a week in advance to make sure everything was alright with the reservation. May 19, 2016
