Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean hotel, courteous service We were greeted professionally, treated as friends, and made to feel welcome. June 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New hotel and clean Other than some staff issues mentioned in the survey, my stay as nice. June 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express stay I have stayed in Holiday Inn express several times but had a terrible experience in the latest one we stayed with. We had 2 reservations and one room smelled and was filthy. The closet door was locked so we were unable to hang any clothing. When we made the reservation we were told that breakfast was included and was told that when we checked in but it was indeed not included. In the future I will ask to examine and approve the room before I formally check in. This Express was a newer building so we were surprised to have such a bad experience June 11, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel For this price a free breakfast would have been nice. June 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value Everything was great at this hotel (including wifi...). I didn't eat here, so I have no idea about the quality of their "food & beverage". June 5, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This was the last chance!!! Let me start out by saying that I have gone from Platinum level to Club level this past year not because I travel any less but because the IHG brand hotels have gone downhill so much in the region of the country that I travel. I usually prefer Holiday Inn Express but decided to give the Holiday Inn another chance since my last time staying at one in Alabama last year. It was the same story all over again at another location. Apparently Holiday Inn either has a high turnover rate or management is so stupid that they think one person can run an entire hotel. Yet again there was only one person on staff and she was always away from the front desk doing other things. When I told her that there were no towels for the pool she gave me bath mats...yes BATH MATS...those small rough towels you wipe your feet on for the pool. Also there were no prices on the "specials" at the restaurant but I figured no problem because its a hotel restaurant...We payed 25.00 per plate when the bill came. I could have eaten at Red Lobster for that. Also, when I tried to get my folio at the end of my stay I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the girl in the restaurant to bring my breakfast ticket up to the front desk (15 feet away). I WILL NEVER STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN AGAIN!!! Management...please don't respond to this saying your sorry and you'll improve next time because you NEVER DO ANYTHING about the problems. I had these exact same problems a year ago one town over in Alabama at another Holiday Inn. June 2, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by IT Department Incompetent If you value WiFi, please steer clear of this place. Not only was the system poorly designed, making it difficult to connect and maintain access, but the staff is clueless as to how to operate the equipment. June 1, 2015
