Frankly, this was just a simple good night sleep. The staff was very nice, and got us checked in and out in a jiffy. The room was comfortable, clean, and everything worked fine. What else can you ask for!

Have stayed there before but this time the smoke alarm woke us up several times due to it chirping loud. Called the front desk at 4:00 am and nobody ever answered. Called three times at 7:30am and they finally answered and I told them what was happening, Could not believe they told me I could take the battery out so it would stop. At check out we told the clerk what happened and she passed this on to the manager who refunded our money back. We plan on staying again in the future, hopefully they will have changed the battery bye then.

Restaurant closed, bar closed, pool closed, air con broken, toilet broken, staff unhelpful, not a great brand representative. The only plus was the helpful maintenance man who not only did a good job, but was also very pleasant, maybe he should be reemployed as the receptionist. A complete let down, wouldnt not recommend to anyone. We stay at ihg hotels on a regular basis and this is the first time I have given negative feedback which I think in this case is deserved.

The only reason why I had a poor sleep was because I was so nervous about the 100 mile bike ride we were doing the next day, which is of no fault of the hotel! It was as good as it could get - close to the start line, clean, comfy, and everyone was incredibly friendly.

We stayed at this hotel during a visit to Dover Downs Casino over Labor day weekend.
Not only was the front desk staff extremely accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, but they made sure we got the correct rate for our next night's stay, which we had not booked in advance. The hotel sold out, pretty much right after we booked our next night, so we greatly appreciated the care and concern we received. Also, we were offered late check out (2pm) because we are IHG Members.
The room itself was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
There are lots of hotels in the immediate area near the Casino, but we highly recommend this one, You will not be sorry you chose to stay here.

We stay here 2 to 3 times a year on our casino trips. It is about a mile away and the hotel is very spacious and clean. the staff is always nice/

Swung into town for one night. All I wanted was clean comfortable room and room service. The weather was unusually bad that night. No service from the restaurant due to a lack of attentiveness. I typically get better service from HI(s) so one bad experience will not kill me but of all the nights...
