In other hand I was really disappointed during the check out from your reception staff called Hassan (Egyptian). During the check out at 3:00 am he picked the phone quickly and ask one of his staff to check the mini bar (he spoke with very low sound and in English thinking I will not understand) then he turned to me and said did you use the mini bar I said no, he start investigated me sure, I said nooo. He said but there is alcohol bottle missing, I told him sir first I am Muslim I do not drink alcohol second thing when the customer said I did not use the mini bar you should believe him. He said you need to write a letter that you did not use the mini bar and sign it I refused and he wrote it himself. December 11, 2014
