Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Digital TV Quality During my stay on May 6, 2015, my initial key did not work in the room. The front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic and immediately fixed the problem with a new card and a bottle of water. The digital reception on the TV was poor. It kept freezing up and pixelating. The analog channels did not have a problem. It was late in the evening, I did not request maintenance but advised them the next morning when I checked out. Great buffet breakfast. Though not included in the price, I was comp'd with a ticket for a free meal equal or less than $13. May 11, 2015

The Holiday Inn in Dublin, CA has very nice staff and the room was comfortable. The food was alright but since there is a dim sum and an Outback very close to the hotel, it was not a real issue. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by drab, still in the 1970s, and falling apart This property is aged, the carpeting look like the it has not been refreshed since Kojak was popular on TV, the mattresses sag, the staff try hard to compensate but are not very well trained. Noise from other rooms, the hallway and outside travels into your room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel May 9, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service We were very pleased with the friendly staff at the front desk. The bartender lady was very sweet and friendly. We enjoyed talking to her for about 15mintues. She also showed us where to go for good food and drinks for dinner. It was a great help and we enjoyed the city very much. We will come back again. May 6, 2015
