Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Devalued Priority Club Platinum Member? I'm writing this after a recent negative experience; however, I had a positive experience at this exact same hotel just a week ago. I guess it all depends on what employee you get and what mood they may be in. I cannot say that my recent interaction with a staff member was bad or that she was rude in any way, but the policy of the hotel which she claimed to be enforcing is bad for business. I will let everyone in on a little secret. Apparently, if you are a paying customer (and a paying customer only), you get a "Pick Your Perk" opportunity - 500 bonus points, a free drink, or breakfast. Well, if you are using your Priority Club points, you aren't that lucky. You are less valuable to them so they don't (or aren't supposed to) extend that little benefit. I find this wrong because my points are like currency. I earned them and I choose to spend them at hotels that offer me the best perks and value. HI Express, for example, doesn't exclude their point stayers from having complimentary breakfast. Why, then, does a hotel go out of their way to discriminate between groups of guests? When I stayed here a week ago, I got treated like royalty. The male at check-in went out of his way to make me feel good. He offered the "Pick Your Perk" without me even having to ask. When I asked the female at the counter just tonight, she said my stay didn't qualify for it because I used points. All stays should qualify if you are going to offer a perk. Otherwise, you are devaluing your loyal customers. June 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly Surprised The quality of the customer service here is what makes me give this hotel a top rating. It isn't as impressive appearance-wise as other Holiday Inns (or other hotels for that matter) but my executive suite was clean and orderly so no complaints there. I booked a room online, only to find out after the fact that I could have qualified for a discounted room rate since I was staying there as part of an event I was working. I called the front desk and explained the situation. I was told the rooms reserved for the discount group event rate were all gone so I was stuck with my room and original rate. When I mentioned this to my event coordinator, she made a call and spoke to who I guess was the person in charge of reservations, Wayne. She then told me to call back and ask to speak with Wayne directly. It took a few transfers for me to finally reach him (the lady at the front desk claimed they don't have individual extensions for people) but I finally got a hold of him and explained my situation. Not only did Wayne modify my reservation to reflect the discount room rate, he let me keep my executive suite (the discount group event rate was only for standard rooms). To put the icing on the cake, he allowed me to do an early check-in and when I got to my room, a voicemail was waiting for me on the hotel phone from the front desk, asking if everything was to my satisfaction. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Better the second time This was my second stay at this property. I was not impressed on my first visit, largely because I had expectations that the property failed to deliver. This time, I knew better what to expect. On the negative side, I hate the layout of this property. It's an architectural nightmare (on the inside, at least - it looks fine outside#. It's as if two...or three...buildings were cobbled together with no architect to make a seemless connection. At one point, I was unable to retrace my steps back to my room from the restaurant, so I had to go back to the lobby and start over. I never did find the stairs I came down to go back up - I ended up using the elevator. On the positive side, the front desk staff was very nice at both check-in and check-out #however, the bartender wasn't that friendly...). As a Priority Club member, I was given the choice of extra points, free breakfast, or a cocktail. That was nice. The room itself was clean and mostly quiet. I was just there for one night - it was fine. I would stay there again. June 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Time Both my wife and I are from Ireland and we stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The Wi Fi signal was excellent. We used the fitness center and swimming pool and really enjoyed having these amenities in the hotel. The staff were very friendly both at check in and throughout our stay. May 24, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location; Noisy Room Hotel is in a good Location with easy access to the interstate. However, the rooms are old and the walls are paper thin. I was there 3 days and the whole time I could hear the TV in the adjacent rooms and the person walking in the room above me (apparently this person liked to walk a lot) May 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and Staff I have been stay at this hotel for the past 6 years and they have always gone out of their way to make my stay very comfortable. I'm treated like family and the location is perfect. The staff always are customer focused and ensure I have a great stay. I stay at this location for Business meetings every other month and the rooms have always been Clean, no noise and I feel very safe. I have co-workers who also stay and we wouldn't want to stay any other place. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner are great and priced just right. Every staff member remembers my name and goes out of their way to me my stay, a great stay. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Dublin to anyone. Thanks!!!!! Tim B. May 21, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Run Down Hotel in a great location Not all rooms have a refrigerator or microwave. So when you plane on staying there for more than 2 days this is not good. Cleanliness of room is horrible, they don't always replace all your towels. The rooms don't get cleaned before 3:30 or 4:00, even when you leave @ 0630. My first week, the only highlight wa the bar/restaraunt. When youread it has a fitness center, you should know that consist of 1 treadmill, 2 bikes, elliptical machine, and1 weak weight machine that limits what you can do. My second week I moved into a room with a refrigerator and microwave. which was better until I realized the shower leaking was going to keep me up all night. After 3 attempts to have it fixed, I realized it was a waste of time. Again the room weren't cleaned well and towels weren't replaced. My previous poor review from the first week was deleted and we'll see if they delete this one as well. May 17, 2013
