They have to find a better parking solution. With so many of the oversized rail company vehicles the lot is to congested with a lot of unusable spaces.

We had nothing but disappointments with this hotel. Rooms were old, smelled horrible and felt dirty. The coffee maker was in the bathroom! GROSS. My brother had to switch his room twice it was so smelly, wet carpet and toilet broken.
The "free shuttle" offered was broken down so we had to walk everywhere.
The hot tub was the smallest I've ever seen at a hotel. Would only accomodate 2-3 people. Pool was also very small.
Internet access was a pain and was spotty at best.
There is no free breakfast offered and should be for the price. This was a VERY poor value for the money. Do not recommend and will never stay there again.

This hotel is very convinient in the downtown area of Dubuque, you can literally walk to lots of restaurants, bars and Casinos nearby. if not, The hotel has available shuttles to take you anywhere. It is a big hotel with a good setting, but it needs upgrades. They keep it clean and organized, but somehow the housekeeping was lagging behind to service the rooms, for several days after a long day at work came back to the hotel after 4:00 pm and several rooms hadn't been serviced including mine., wasn't a big deal the first time but after the second day, and a third, then it became bothersome, expecially after an all day at work and looking forward to take a shower and relax. then having to go down to the lobby an wait for a couple hours. As a result of this delay, the room was serviced poorly, also missing a few items
