Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Still some people Care I had to over night in IAD and my luggage was "sent to the wrong destination" The manager on duty was great. I had to go to the Walmart to buy some clothes she organised me a taxi and off I went. After buying some "Designer pants and shirts" LOL I grabbed the same taxi back. I had an issue with the cab driver but the manager on duty took care of it. She didn't have to do it but she did.I'm so pleased that there are people that still care about other people. I travel alot and stay at IHG brand hotels mostly but this was one of the best experiences i have had this year. Thanks Sascha September 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place I recently was caught in a massive delay in air flights in Chicago. Due to the flights being so delayed, I missed the flight for an overseas flight from Dulles. The airlines placed me in the Holiday Inn in Dulles. Aside from shuttle service being poor at 2:00 am, the accommodations made up for the inconvenience. It is nice to have such a good restaurant connected to the hotel. A restaurant also frequented by guests from hotels in the surrounding area. The pool was great, although the spa was out of service. If you are going to be stranded, this was a great place to be. September 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unable to get room that was booked We booked a King size smoking room and was told upon checking that they over booked the smoking rooms but they could put us near a door that would allow us to just go out to smoke. Was asked if I got Mary's message. I did not receive any phone call to inform me of the situation. The door we had to go out to smoke was difficult to get back into. You would swipe your card and then have to pull hard to get it open. September 6, 2014
