Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Staff was very helpful and friendly. Spent a lot of time waiting for an elevator. Rooms were quiet but could use more lighting in both the table and bathroom sink area. Really liked the black-out shade which kept out all light from outside. Temperature was easy to control. I don't sleep well when not at home but the beds were comfortable. Would really like to have seen a free breakfast. April 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, beautiful views, clean and comfortable rooms From the moment we walked into the hotel until the time we left we felt like family. We were greeted with great attention from the front desk staff. Our room was beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the lake. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The pools and pool areas are great. Had a great meal and drinks at Sneakers and had a wonderful breakfast at the Greenery. You can't go wrong with the location of this property, lots to do right out the front door. A few short blocks from Canal Park, and if you don't want to walk they'll shuttle you over. It's our go-to resort and yes, we'll be back again soon! April 19, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenience for attending local convention venue I was able to park my vehicle in the attached parking garage and for the next three days I utilized the "skywalk" to attend the venue at the convention center which is located across the street from the hotel. April 13, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Morning front desk pleasant, dirty room and public areas I liked the location of the property and the view from my room, but the room was very dirty and clearly had not been deep-cleaned since the oct/nov/dec tag indicated on the mattress corner. The hallways and public areas were quite dusty, as was our room. Specially, the refrigerator and most ledges above 5". The hot tub was broken, which I understand happens, but the front desk staff working that night when we discovered this was not remorseful and rude. I would like to say that the woman we checked-out with was very pleasant and accommodating, I only wish I had noted her name so I could thank her personally. April 11, 2016
