Thank you for the good service and upgrade to the family suite.Breakfast staff was very friendly, although the restaurant was a little difficult to locate. Pull out bed in the room was a little uncomfortable - but that is to be expected for a sofa-bed. Overall nice stay.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by World Travelers12 Very comfortable beds, love the blackout shades!
My husband and I couldn't believe how comfortable the beds and pillows were! I would honestly love to know the brand and model of beds Holiday Inn uses! I've been telling everyone I see how comfortable they were! Best sleep I've had in a long time!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by East boy The Tower suites are clean and updated
Check in is not until 4PM but we were promptly greeted and check in was effortless. The shuttle stops running at 6:30 so we were on our own back and forth to Canal park. The beds are extremely comfy and the linens are high end. The food in the restaurant was sub par for the price but service was wonderful.

The hotel is located in downtown which is convenient. Easy acces to skywalk to get around. Although skywalk was not in use due to being worked on.
Easy acces to street.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LizardthaWizard Good hotel and facilities
This hotel is in a good location in downtown Duluth and is connected to the skywalk. There is also a car park connected to the hotel. The elevators require you to use your room card as an extra security feature. We were upgraded to a harbour view room at the end of a hallway, so the view was nice and the room fairly protected from interior noise. Our stay was very short (arrived late and left early) so unfortunately did not really get to enjoy the hotel or its amenities. I had a beer and some wings in the sports bar. The service was good, the wings not so much, though there was a variety of other things to try on the menu. The reason I would not stay here again is the price. Duluth in general is ridiculously overpriced, so I prefer to stay outside of downtown or look into alternative lodging. If you are ok with the high prices, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BLWKC Great Holiday Inn in Duluth
This hotel is downtown and overlooks the waterfront. You are about 5 minutes from the lake and have easy quick access to all downtown stores, restaurants, and so forth. Hotel has a parking garage and also offers ground level parking for oversized vehicles such as trailers begin towed and so forth. We did not eat on the property so cannot comment on the restaurant but looked good. Rooms are nice and up to date. Easy to darken for sleep and beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JillMcD50 Love the View
I have stayed at this hotel MANY times over the past 2 years. The staff has always been wonderful - friendly and helpful. The room have always been clean. I love the view from the windows! Seeing the lake is wonderful, especially in the evening.
The only concern I would have is the air conditioning unit in the room is loud. I do not always get a full night's sleep because of it.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Duluth/Superior area. It is very close to Canal Park - easily walk it - and there is a lot to do and see there. Thanks!
