Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay if you don't plan to bathe or eat While the front desk staff was very professional and friendly, I can't say the same for the hostess at the restaurant. When we asked for a table at 8PM for a party of 6 adults and 8 children we were told. "Well THAT'S not gonna happen". However the front desk clerk was very kind and recommended a local restaurant that turned out to be great, and she also sent the manager to talk to the hostess. While the hotel advertises free meals for children, the reality is, if you actually want to eat, you'll end up eating off site. Hot water was another issue. I'd been forewarned by other reviewers there would be none in the morning, so I tried to shower the night before, but no hot water then either. So.....this is a great hotel if you don't plan on bathing or eating during your stay. March 24, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sorry we can not recommend The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. That is probably the nicest thing that we can say about our stay. To start off with, the water park was way to busy we waited for over an hour for a locker to put our towels in. The staff did say that they were short locker keys because of previous guests not returning them. Not our problem. Kids eat free at the resturant. However the resturant could not give us an estimated time to be seated for dinner. They did not appear to be busy. So we ate dinner offsite. The dvd player in the room did not read our disc and they could not find us a replacement. The icing on the cake was no hot water for showers/baths the next morning. March 17, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waterpark Package not worth the money. The water in the waterpark was so cold that we couldn't get in anything but the baby pool. Walls in the hotel are very thin, our room was extremely noisy from both our neighbors. Shower and bathtub were broken, and we had minimal hot water. Room was dirty to the eye. Restaurant was understaffed and on a very long wait. Guests were served out of order and others were made to wait because no one cleaned off the dirty tables. Food was mediocre. The waterpark package was not worth the extra money. We spent most of our time waiting to eat, and then the waterpark was a disappointment. March 13, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The water was freezing! The website says the water was supposed to be 84 degress. It was definitely NOT! The tot area was warm, but the jungle gym area, slide, and lazy river was freezing. With a 2 and 4 year old they wanted nothing to do with anything but the tot area. We took time off work for a much needed weekend family getaway-it was not at all what we had hoped for. We were told by the staff that one of the heaters was broken and that's why the water was so cold. However, when reviewing your facebook posts by others-their were many complaints at different times about the cold water. Very disappointed. March 12, 2015
