Hotel is what I expected, Have stayed here several time over the last 5 years, Feel it was better as a Holiday Inn Express, The food is not worth eating there, food service has always needed help, glad there several good restaurants within walking distance, with good food and great service.

I have stayed at this location many times over the past two years and while the staff and location are exceptional, there are some areas where the hotel could stand to improve. The card readers on the room doors frequently do not read the room keys. I have heard other guests complaining about this as well. I don't know if the problem is the keys or the readers, but something is not working like it once did. Also, the WiFi signal in certain areas of the hotel is horrendous. none of my devices were able to successfully connect to the network. It just seems like the hotel could stand to upgrade the facility slightly to make stays completely hassle free.

staff was great, very helpful, smiling everytime we came across one. kids loved the log cabin feel to it.
although waterpark was closed we enjoyed the pool. cant wait to return for the waterpark

We had a great stay as always. Wery close to Cabelas and other shoping as well as good food. The water park is lots of fun but we did not use it this time.

GETTING IN VERY LATE ON THE NIGHT I STAYED AND BEING HUNGRY , I CALLED DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK AND ASKED ABOUT A PIZZA RECCOMMENDATION. AN HOUR LATER MY PHONE RANG, THE FRONT DESK SAID, MY PIZZA WAS READY AND TO COME DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK AND PICK IT UP. I SAID"PLEASE DELIVER TO MY ROOM" CANNOT, YOU HAVE TO COME DOWN AND GET IT. I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT I HAD TO GET RE- DRESSED AND WALK DOWN TO RETRIEVE MY PIZZA. FOR THAT REASON , I WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN. THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS THEIR POLICY NOT TO DELIVER TO ROOMS. I HAVE NOT RUN INTO THIS SITUATION AT ANY OTHER HOTEL.

Overall its a nice hotel just upset the watermark was closed during Thankgiving!
