normalmente yo no puedo subir escaleras y esta vez la habitacion estaba en el segundo piso, ya que no reserve el el señor de recepcion jorge me busco una habitacion en el primer piso para no subir las escaleras el cual estoy agradecido ya que la señora martitha encargada de las reservaciones en durango normalmente me separa una habitacion del primer piso, siempre me han apoyado un cuando el hotel no cuente con disponibilidad de habitacion buscan donde alojarme

El hotel es comodo, un poco gastado pero en general me da la conveniencia que busco durante un viaje de negocios ademas de que el programa de IHG es excelente.

Hotel Comodo, Seguro. El MEJOR en Durango.

I´m a gold IHG rewards member, during the past several months I have been traveling for both business and pleasure purposes to different cities such as Tuxla Gutierrez, Monterrey, Laredo, Houston, Clemson and other locations in South Carolina State and I always stayed in a resort of the IHG family. the main reason of doing this is because of the "GOOD SERVICE" and finding safe, clean and comfortable accommodations. But this time was the exception, it all started just at the time of arriving to Durango city Holliday Inn. I asked for the internet password and then I was told that it was no possible to access the internet WI Fi until I had my room assigned (so I had to wait for the registration process to have the password, like if I was going to just use the service and then leave). When I filled the registration card I write down my IHG number then I was told that I was no getting no privileges and or reward points because my company was paying for my stay (every time I travel for business reasons my company always pay the bill and never ever had this issue). That is when this dude on the front desk started arguing with me until somebody else from the hotel personnel stopped him and tried to fix the situation. I never judge a place because one person bad attitude or lack of any common sense but when it´s more than one then I believe they need some feedback (had some other service issues at the restaurant and front gate). I hope the main manager can improve their service quality because they have a nice and comfortable resort.
