The shuttle ride from the airport was wonderful with a very friendly driver. At the actual hotel I was disappointed by the uncomfortable mattress and extremely simple room (for the suite I reserved). The recognition of my Platinum status consisted of a coupon for a few relatively useless discounts like 15% off lunch. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff friendly, but the room itself didn't seem to merit the price.

Was very disappointed in this hotel. Front desk people were very frazzled. I think a lot of complaints about parking. Parking was horrendous. If you could actually find a parking place you got out into a snowbank. No shoveling done around the cars. Our elevator got stuck and bounced around, the doors tried to open and didn't and then continued up to our floor. Very scary. Our heater was so noisy that we had to turn it off to get any sleep. On a good note, the room was very clean but overall a big disappointment.

The location worked perfect for us for an early flight. Only trouble we had was finding a parking space in the parking lot, but that was because there was so much snow around. Would stay (and fly) from here again!

parking lot is being used for park n fly so there is no room for hotel guests to park. Cars are parked up and down the streets. There is not any coupons for breakfast with a reservation, only free drink at bar and we do not drink. Brealfast buffet is expensive. Front desk staff not professional. Good price for room and much needed remodeling is coming.

We were signed up for a 4 AM airport shuttle...we arrived in the lobby right at 4 AM on our watch, but was 4:02 on the clock behind the desk and the shuttle was gone. I would think a courtesy call up to the room prior to the shuttle leaving would have been expected customer service. We ended up taking a cab to assure we would not miss our flight...the hotel manager said we had plenty of time to take the next shuttle (4:30), but knowing better we took the cab. We arrived at the airport at about 4:30...as it ended up my wife and I had separate seats on the flight because we were too late for an international flight and had to take the seats that were available. Keep in mind the last time we stayed at this hotel they were an hour and a half late picking us up from the airport...claiming they were busy with a lot of other runs. I would not stay here again so I would not recommend it.

We chose this hotel for the ""parknfly" and we will definetly choose this again. Very convenient and hotel was great. Didn;t spend too much time at hotel but beds were very comfortable and bathroom clean.

This is a wonderful choice for a business traveler -- also an excellent place to hold a meeting, or throw a anniversary party.
This hotel provides a home -- away from home atmosphere. It is has upscale amenities, with neighborly friendliness from the entire staff. The location is convenient to the airport, and to both metro areas without the urban edge or the stark industrial park. The grounds are attractive and park-like, and we visit often in the winter -- perfect cure for cabin fever.

WiFi was not existent, although there were apologies for the lack of service & the awaiting of WiFi upgrades. I do however wonder, how long the "awaiting improvement" sign was posted as such an issue can be resolved rather quickly.
The A/C was rather noisy & too close to the pull out sofa bed affecting one's sleep.

This Holiday Inn is in the midst of remodeling. Not everything is "up to par," yet, but the bed was VERY comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was excellent! My only beef was with the elevator :-) It was a bit slow and creaky.
ALL of the staff was wonderful - from the front desk to the waitress in the cafe/lounge to the shuttle driver. Kudos to them!!

The main reason we chose this hotel was so we could leave our car here rather than pay for airport parking. Everything about the stay was fairly smooth and routine--tried out hot tub but not pool and did not eat breakfast (extra charge)--but was most happy with transport to and from airport in heated van! We would definitely stay here again if flying out of MSP.

Have stayed here before when it was Crown Plaza. Good solid location , close to airport. Shuttle both ways was timely and efficient. Would stay again for close in Airport location

Everything was so easy! From check in to pick up from the airport there were no problems @ all, and my car was safe and sound in the park and fly lot upon my return. Will stay here again.

We parked and traveled then stayed a night on our way home from a week-long international trip. Free Airport Shuttle drivers prompt and friendly. Easy check-in/out. Quiet and restful. Did not try the restaurant. Will do this again when we travel from MSP! Travelers from Duluth

This is my favorite place to stay in the Twin Cities. It is close to the mall and airport without either of them seeming right on top of you. There is quick and easy access to the lakes, restaurants, and shows in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The staff is helpful, courteous, and welcoming.

The last couple times I have stayed there has been no hot water in my room at the 3am time frame to take a shower to leave early for work or the airport. This is rather disappointing.
