Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New, clean, upscale and reasonably priced The beds were very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. I asked for the online rate and they accommodated me. The lobby is decorated in a very upscale decor. The buffet breakfast was amazing. And very reasonably priced as well. The only criticism I have at all, and it wasn't a big deal, was that the breakfast opened at 7:10 am. It was supposed to open at 7 am but they were running late. We had to be on the road by 8. We still made it, but we did have to wait ten minutes in the lobby. It was worth the wait. February 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Would compare to other quality hotels around the world I've stayed in many a hotel in my business travels around the world and this one would rate right up there with the best of them. This hotel would cost you $400 if it were located in Silicon Valley in California and would be worth it. If my needs take me back to Peoria you can bet that I will seek this hotel out and stay here once again. By the way the restaurant in the hotel is top notch with food and service! February 1, 2016

I stayed at this hotel due to the proximity of my business meeting. I was really caught off guard with the quality of this hotel as I wasn't expecting much. The rooms were way above average - very spacious, updated and clean. The restaurant was very good as our business party dined on steak. Not the greatest steak I've had but none the less - it was very good and worth the price. If this is sounding like I'm a company mole - trust me I am not. If the Holiday Inn had a better rewards points system, I'd consider jumping ship. The value was very good as well. It is Peoria, IL - I realize that - but if this were in Chicago it would be $300 5 star rating for sure January 29, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mid January stay This hotel consistently delivers. Upon entering, you are warmly greeted by the hotel staff. The rooms are clean and all service personnel are professional. They offer a shuttle service which is convenient for those who do not wish to drive and park in downtown Peoria. I will continue to stay at his hotel as the quality of service and accommodations has been consistent over the years. January 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gem in East Peoria! I was so impressed with this hotel from the moment we stepped foot in the parking lot. We were greeted promptly and friendly when approaching desk. The staff was more than accommodating to help me with getting to my meeting space. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Beds were perfect. Sound proofing was great. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet. Just as a side note-when booking for this hotel, make sure you ask for the breakfast buffet so that you can get a coupon/voucher for a free meal. I was impressed with the meeting facilities. They were spacious, comfortable, lighting was great and the employees were on top of their game. I would not hesitate to use this facility again for personal or business needs! January 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Fresh I've stayed at a number of hotels in the East Peoria area for business and find that the Holiday Inn is the nicest of all. The rooms are clean and fresh with very comfortable beds. Johnny's Restaurant offers great cuisine and drinks. It's wonderful to have a hotel with such a great restaurant so that I don't have to leave the premises especially during the winter months! I now stay at the Holiday Inn during every business trip to East Peoria. January 17, 2016
