The food was cold. The coffee was terrible. Get a new firm to operate the restaurant.

The hotel, while average, really does itself a disfavor by the horrible front desk staff. When checking in, my card was charged the nightly rate, even though I was staying on points. As a platinum member, I received no recognition. Finally, when checking out, I was promised 500 points. However, it's been one week, and when calling today, they said the points get posted every few weeks. Simply unacceptable. Finally, the voice tone of the front desk staff, both in person, and on the phone, is condescending, like they couldn't be bothered to be of any help I've stayed at many Holiday Inns, but never at this property again.

The only convenience of the breakfast buffet was that it was on site. The eggs were so so, the pancakes were like cardboard and the oatmeal was very soupy. I did enjoy the bacon & fruit. Hiedi the morning host was very pleasant and polite. I have had comparable and better breakfast at much lower nightly rate hotels. Next time I think I will stay across the street.
