The front desk staff was very rude, and dishonest. The Hotel Manager WAS able to take care of our problem, although it should never have gotten to that point. New front desk staff is needed ASAP!

Enjoyed our visit very much except that we had a room with two queen beds and there were only two bath towels in the bathroom. There were four of us. Also, the size of the soap was ridiculous. Never saw bars of soap so small. Would have liked to have a refrigerator in our room and also get a free breakfast.

Trip to NY with kids. Easy Check In, friendly employees, comfortable room, and spacious. The best part of the hotel it the locations, very close to I-80. The breakfast was fantastic, it was the best one during my previous stays in Holiday Inn.

Amazing staff in the front desk very good service with housekeeping very close to local great adventure six flags park the breakfast is very good be careful and look thoroughly at the bread experience the problem seeing mold on several slices otherwise excellent waffles.

When I arrived in my room, I had to call for maintenance because the closet door was off the hinge. Also, the maintenance person, when leaving our room, had trouble closing the door to the hallway because the part of the door that closes needed to be fixed. We, therefore, were told to slam the door to make sure it would close tightly. That's what we had to do during our stay. ALSO, I have never been to a hotel where linen was "rationed" to its customers. I called the front desk and asked for an extra wash cloth, and my request was denied. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
Upon leaving the hotel, I saw a pair of sandals in the closet. Thinking it belonged to my daughter who had already left the room, I picked them up and met her at the elevator, showing her the sandals. She informed me they were not hers. I then, feeling disgusted after picking up someone else's foot apparel that is worn without any socks, I left them by the elevator. Therefore, the room was not cleaned as it should have been! If it were, those sandals would not have been there.

My first time at this location very friendly staff clean rooms and a great location if you are going to visit Great Adventures.I will defintely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
