A comfortable room with a good distant view of the city and in the correct part of the city for my business.
Breakfast was a pleasure as well

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AccessMatters Easy Wheelchair Access, freindly staff
As a wheelchair user easy access is key to a successful stay, and this hotel was accessible. Staff were friendly, accommodation fine, and food was good. We travel extensively and Holiday Inn always deliver. This was the second overnight of over 200 planned for the next four years, and Holiday Inn will be our hotel of choice.

Room was reasonably clean & comfortable. Noise from doors in the hallway was not too bothersome.
Insufficient light over both sides of bed for reading.
One gentleman at front desk was average helpfulness; all others worthless, one was a trainee. They had no knowledge of the local area. Only restaurant they knew of in the area was the hotels's and nothing else in walking distance; the only suggestion to look in the room pamphlet. Their response to my question of a Post location was one was nearby. They thought it was a 15 minute drive to the airport, but weren't sure; had no clue what the traffic was like at 0500hrs. One didn't know what early check-out was; after I explained it she had to go find someone. Part of my issue was I had no confidence that check out at 0430 would be smooth.
Walk up computer is unacceptable. It kept locking up; I ended up confirming our reservations by mobile. Not having a printer is pathetic; had to send document to the directed e/m a number of times to retrieve it.
Wifi is very poor, it is faster in the 3rd world Holiday Inns I've stayed.
I am a club member; therefore did not pay for computer or wifi; having to pay for it would have made it even more distasteful.
My wife told me she will not stay at another Holiday Inn; I am not enthused to stay there on a business trip either.
