Overall, the hotel along with the staff was an excellent experience! This was my second time staying at this location! One thing that truly stood out was when I asked for a delayed departure, the front desk didn't hesitate and granted me the extra time I needed to get packed and get to the airport! THAT is amazing! I will stay here again and again everytime I visit El Paso! Thank You!

The hotel was a good value and quality. The did like the on-site work out room. It have plenty of space and good equipment. It is a little out-dated, but nothing was wrong at all with the rooms. Value, location and quality was all good.

Rooms are very quiet and comfortable, hotel has a excellent location close to shopping malls and restaurants, parking has easy access to rooms.
I used my Priority Club points for my stay, had an excellent service and compliments from the hotel staff.

1. Can't get any work done. The Internet signal is so weak I spend more time trying to log on then it is worth.
2. You only get 1 soap a day and that goes for other items including
Coffee.
3. When you check out the don't even give you Holiday Inn Folder to
Sort your trip.
4. They don't give you your priority gift.

Could not gain access to room after breakfast. It was exremely cold and lock would not open, had to walk back (outside) to the office area where each time I was told they had reset the lock and each time the card would not open the door. Finally (after standing out in the cold for a half hour) an employee took the lock apart so we could remove our articles. .

Overall my experience with Holiday Inn at Sunland Park in El Paso was wonderful. One recommendation I would ask is if the landscaping could be improved upon especially since this is a pet friendly hotel.
There needs to be grassy areas located strategically around the property so that the pets can do their business comfortably. At present, the landscaping is primarily small lava rock and then there are ale shrubs and small trees, but nothing comfortable for them to relieve themselves. Also, it's just rather ugly.

We stayed here just before Christmas, and it is one of the best Holiday Inns in the country. I know this because we travel at least 300 days a year. I have been all over the United States, and this is one of the best! Everything at this hotel is perfect, and the staff will go out of there way to make your stay perfect. I get the felling they really do care about your stay. This is the third time I've stayed here and I will be back.

Great location, and food is also very good. Best breakfast, is worth it to go there for that Pillows could be bigger to improve comfort.

on this stay and my stay in Oct, the first floor building has obvious septic issues..toilet plugs up over night, just "plunging" is NOT the answer...very disgusting....disappointing to see a repeat of this in 2 months...

I wasn't acknowledged as I waited to be served...then when my turn finally came, I wasn't greeted. The grumpy old man on the reception desk could have cared less about our stay. He also didn't appear to know how to operate the computer, key system, etc
The rooms are old style - an upgrade includes more than changing the bedding - it should actually include changing the bed, carpets etc.
There is better value for money in EP

We have stayed at many hotels and I must say, the staff went above our expectations! They were all friendly and always answered any questions that we had with courtesy and respect. We would highly recommend a stay at this location. Thanks to ALL the staff, you made our week there enjoyable!
