Para trabajar genial, hotel de paso. No es un hotel para ir en familia por su ubicación en un polígono industrial. Pese a ello, relación calidad precio es excelente y el personal muuuy amable.

De ruta por la Comunidad Valenciana, fuimos recorriendo ciudades y pueblos. Elche es interesante, a pesar de que el hotel esta muy lejos, en un polígono industrial muy feo y sin nada alrededor del hotel.

The hotel is brand new. All facilities are awsome (except the gym, not bigger than an standard room). The staff is kind and pleasant, and the food is very good.
Cons: It's far away from everything, but you can see it by looking at a map ;)

- Great rooms, very clean and stylish. Air conditioning excellent and very straight forward. Internet very good. Good parking - need a sat nav if your not familiar with location. food is alright but the translation into English did not match what we ordered - so google....
Staff at front desk need to recognise IHG Reward club members and the facilities that should be offered as part of their entitlement.

Located on an industrial park the location is not ideal unless you are going to the airport which is quite close. The hotel, itself, is extremely stylish but somewhat impersonal. Rooms are very comfortable & breakfast was very good, almost like a Holiday Inn Express breakfast but at a very reasonable few Euros. On a Sunday night the range of food on offer seemed somewhat limited but it was only 10 minutes drive to Elche.
The hotel has a sauna which was useful.
Check in was quite impersonal but efficient - once we had got past the requirement for each of us to produce passports, which we did not have with us.
A major minus point was the total lack of recognition for Rewards Club members. Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would be an improvement.

Excelente hotel, buenas instalaciones y mejor habitacion. Calidad del descanso es total. Felicidades por la doble puerta en la entrada a la habitacion. A mejorar la calidad y el servicio del desayuno, falta personal en comedor para atender a los clientes.

Excellent meal (dinner) with friendly attentive staff. Unfortunately we could not say the same for breakfast which was very poor, nothing was replenished, eggs were inedible and the staff member was only interested in clearing and setting tables. Unfortunately this resulted in Food & Beverage and Staff & Service only scoring Good, it is a shame that our breakfast experience has taken from what would otherwise have been an excellent result.
Reception staff were very excellent, the phone in our room was faulty and was replaced in a friendly and efficient manner.
