Great room for the money. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Helped us with an early check-in and connecting rooms.

Beware of newly renovate rooms. There is no testing of new product used in these rooms. Showers don't mix water to be useable.
Be a coffee drinker, no tea available in rooms.

I travel a lot and this is a hotel I highly recommend. Great customer service, rooms, pool, workout room and breakfast. The only negative comment I have is that the room "suites" are not set-up for a family. The hotel doesn't have two bed true suites.

on 12/30/14 I checked in at 7:30 pm, parking lot was very sparse. I knew the hotel was not booked full
the receptionist Bertha, please double check the name, didn't care if I was checking in . she was close to being rude.
I asked for a upgrade and immediately there was nothing available. I could have sworn she said she was full.
as I was coming in with my overnight bag. I ran into the manager, he confirmed they were not busyt that night and he went to the front desk with me and found and upgrade Bertha was still at the front desk and I could tell it made her mad I had the manager with me.
Please know every other night I have stayed here the reception was amazing. this was the first time Bertha checked me in.
the Manager saved a terrible experience. It had been a long day.

Receptionists were friendly and courteous. Hotel security and finally, the police were called to break up loud, obnoxious, profanity laced partying outside our room between 1:30 and 3::30 AM. We maybe were able to get two hours of sleep. Manager failed to follow up on our concerns after we were assured he would be calling or emailing us. Of course, we have heard nothing. This is either apathy or incompetance. Given a choice, I will choose a different hotel in the future. Our only way of telling Holliday Inn to follow up when concerns are registered is to take our business elsewhere. Thank you for giving me a second opportunity to register our concerns. By the way, this is the very first time I have registered a complaint at any hotel.
