Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ehh Room smelled extremely moldy. The A/C was so loud that it was an effort to talk over it, and it NEVER shut off. We had to use the same tiny bars of soap for 4 days because housekeeping never gave us new supplies. My wife sent a pair of jeans to laundry and they never returned. We had to hunt them down and they still were not laundered 36 hours later. Our room was worn, saggy mattress, patches on the ceiling. Time for a renovation Holiday Inn!! July 23, 2015

The room was very well maintained and comfortable with great Wi-Fi. I would definitely consider staying here again when in the Chicago area. July 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average, but Convenient for Access to O'Hare Overall it was just average, but provides convenient access to O'Hare. There was nothing too good, but nothing too bad other than the workmanship of the bathroom remodel. Two complaints. First, the young lady at the front desk wasn't that friendly personallity that makes the first impression on teh guest. She then provided keys to a room that was already occupied, and didn't apologize for the error while correcting it.. Second, in room 416 the workmanship of the bathroom remodel was very poor. There was a slight step up onto the bathroom tiling from the carpeted area that my wife tripped on almost every time. It appears they tiled over the existing tile. The tile work in the tub surround was very poor. There was a large hole exposed in the tile around the handle that the back plate didn't cover. (See the attached picture). The paint job on the inside of the door jamb was poor, and the neck for the showerhead wasn't set properly. There wasn't anything that wasn't functional; it just looked terrible. The attached bar/restaurant was nice and the servers were very attentive. July 15, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by In need of an update The lobby looks nice and open, but on closer look the property is quite shabby. Carpeting is stained throughout and shabby on the borders. The curtains do not close all the way so you get lots of light coming in from the top and the sides. I had to use something to keep the middle closed. Irritating. Otherwise, the price is reasonable and it is within 15 minutes or so to O'Hare. This hotel is good for quick trips somewhat close to the airport, but I would never stay here for more than 1-2 days. Also there is nothing within walking distance for a quick drink or meal. July 14, 2015
