I could not control the heat in the room. It was hot in the room.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Absolutely everything was fine...except the heating/air-conditioner
I literally have no complaints with this establishment at all, except for the temperature of the room.
Everyone was nice and helpful.
The facilities were great.
But the temperature of the room went from HOT to COLD to HOT to COLD all night long...
...and to top that off, it's exactly the same experience I've had at other Holiday Inn/Express locations.....
...everything is fine EXCEPT the heating/air-conditioning.
The heating/air-conditioning units at Holiday Inn/Express are really a problem.
They completely ruin everything.

didn't have very good service at the bar in the evening when we requested a bottle of wine. much too many people for the man working there and he was somewhat rude.

The Hotel as a whole is a Holiday Inn. the people make the difference. What a great team and made all the difference when you are away from home for 2 weeks.

overall good, need to update desk chair and add additional outlets. rooms were built 40 years ago and current travelers need more outlets

The amount of people was not well handled by so little staff. There was a convention of some sort and one night I got back to hotel it was so full of people that I thought something happened. I call to ask for a wake up call and had to call twice from my room. When I did get an answer the guy told me I had to check in first and I was checked from the day before. I called from my room.
