Checked in late and we were very hungry and delighted to find that they had a restaurant on site. We were able to check in and get our luggage into our room and get a very good meal. The bed was very comfortable and allowed us to get the rest we needed to finish our journey the following day, the staff was very helpful and courteous.

The Hotel is in a convenient location for the event we had. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and will be visiting again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past four Months-I stay at only holiday inns.The front desk has some of the best staff I have ever dealt with!
Robert keep up the good work your still the best!
On this particular visit we came down stairs for dinner,Both of us made our selections the waitress took the orders and three minutes later came back and told us they were only serving the appetizer side of the menu?
I actually asked to speak to the food and beverage manager and he didnt really seem engaged enough to care, I am assuming the restaurant was busy but I really think he should of went the distance to notify all people entering the restaurant of the limited menu.
I will be back Thursday May 2 nd and will be staying for another 5 days and Look forward to giving the restaurant another try especially flying all day I really dont want to have to search for a restaurant.

The staff was outstanding in their service. The van driver was most helpful and the bartender was great. This is one of the better Holiday Inns that we have stayed in. We would stay there again.

Had a wonderfully enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn in Enfield! We received a warm, hospitable greeting by Megan at the front desk and a speedy delivery of additional items we requested! Having stayed here at least 5 times before, I can say that the facility is always clean and comfortable. The newly remodeled bar and restaurant have an inviting ambiance and the staff so friendly! The bartender was personable and engaging. The hot breakfast buffet has an enormous assortment of delicious food and even omelettes made to your liking. I can certainly vouch for the cook's delicious and creative touch to the menu, too! It's my #1 choice of hotels to stay at whether I'm visiting in CT or Western Mass.

I stayed here last weekend for an event we were having at the hotel. Every staff member i came into contact with was friendly and professional. The desk staff, Robert and Megan, offered excellent restaurant suggestions and were incredibly helpful during a very busy weekend. They recently renovated the restaurant and the atmosphere was relaxing, nice heated fireplace, and a nice bar. They are changing the restaurant into a Panini Grill and Bar, and being that ill be in the area in the future, ill definitely be back to try that out. Overall great stay, and recommend to anyone traveling through the area.

At 10 pm, while I was in bed watching TV, I heard someone trying to get into my room (I had bolted the door). The party (men), who could not get into the room because of the bolt, claimed to be there to fix the TV, which was not broken. Was it someone on the staff? I don't know, but it was a very unnerving experience, and I shutter to think what might have happened had I not had the bolt on the door.

I found your front desk people very helpful and willing to help,however I called 4 times to ensure we had 2 rooms each with double beds and each time I called the reservation was different than what I wanted. The gracious person assured me each time it would be taken care of. We arrived to one double room and one king size room. After about 25 minutes we got the 2 double rooms.
I asked for more towels and was given 1 bath and a few more and towels. the person did not take the dirty towels from the bathroom floor.
YOur breakfast buffet ran out of most "free food items" unacceptable.
