Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was nearly great. On a cold night enjoyed not having to go out of the hotel for dinner or for breakfast in the a.m. However, restaurant and halls were cold. We didn't know you had a buffet breakfast until we went for dinner and saw the set up for breakfast. Waiter couldn't answer our questions so we went to the desk in the a.m. and asked. However, no one ever told us there was either a continental breakfast of full breakfast. We started asking questions when we overheard the waitress explaining the difference to another guest. The Chef visited our table, and I told him the buffet was cold. Also were never told that we could have gotten eggs cooked to order until we overheard that information also. The night before the menus should have been wiped down and the salt and pepper shakers at both dinner and breakfast needed to be washed or at least wiped. We really dislike eating with coats on. However, all said and done, we would stay again. February 20, 2014

GM Tom has assembled a staff that has made his hotel a memorable one and one I will continue to stay at every trip I make to the area, Robert stands out for his professionalism and was able to help me with directions and able to exceed my every need. Meghan as well as Robert very professional and helpful. I was actually stranded in CT due to my drivers license being expired un known until I arrived and unable to rent a car, The staff was able to offer the shuttle to me to go to store and back to the airport. I feel I made friends with many of the staff and look forward to my next visit. Unfortunately the pool was out of order for the duration of my visit. The lobby and hallways were particularly cold. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay on a snowy night Quiet. Newer furnishings and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was better than most comparable hotels, with several hot food items paid for with a $5.00 voucher given to me at check-in. It snowed while I was there, and the snow plow service was very prompt. They did a great job of clearing off the parking lot access as much as practical, but they did not touch the sidewalk on the side of the hotel. The only significant negative was the bathroom fan seemed to push a little air into the bathroom rather than pull. As a result the bathroom was a bit cold, and I kept the bathroom door closed during the night. Is the exhaust fan running backwards? December 23, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by couple issues There were no priority club favors extended at front desk upon check in. That is a departure from recent past there. They just thanked me and no water , candy , fruit was offered as it had been before. The room clock was off about 8 hours and no instructions as to how to re-set it. Clock by bedside should be accurate and any alarm setting should be OFF. December 16, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by cold room, contacted the frront desk twice and it made no differance. there were a group of young kids on the weekend, called the front desk twice about the noise and it did not stop. very annoying running up and down the halls, holding up the elevators and screaming at the games by the pool. the parents were just walking around from room to room with beer in their hands and not watching their kids. The restaurant staff were excellent and had the buffet ready early morning for us to depart to our business . Very helpful and personable. please let them know how they were appreciated for us. Had no choice in the hotel since they were made in advance by the organization which I was working for. I don't know if I would choose this site on my own in the future. November 27, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel needs renovation Let me start off by saying that I stay in hotels about 10 months a year and have been for over 12 years, so I have seen a lot. The staff is great but the rooms need to be renovated, not just painting. Start by having the staff take the filters out of the air handler units and clean them once a month. The ones I have seen here are the worst I have seen anywhere and if you have trouble breathing at night you won't sleep very well. The bathrooms are terrible, the tubs just don't come clean anymore and the tile surrounds and floors either need to be replaced or at least scrubbed and the grout redone. Sorry but the food at breakfast was inedible. I ended up just having a bowl of cereal every morning, and I was here for 3 weeks. By the way, by the guest laundry in the locker room, there are fungi growing in the corner. November 21, 2013

This amazingly convenient hotel, right off I-91, has a refrigerator and microwave in the room, a large room with a sofa, a fitness center, indoor pool, its own restaurant and bar as well as being conveniently located to many other dining facilities. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Broken phone; dirty tub; keyed entrance from the back door didn't work; just ok all in all... My phone wasn't working, it took 3 hours to come up to see and fix it. My shower/tub was dirty, I had to let the hot water shower run to spray out all the scum that had settled to the bottom of the tub before I could step into it. It made me wonder how clean my room actually was knowing the housekeeper had clearly not seen the unplugged phone and black stuff all over the bottom of the tub like he or she did... Also, it was a fairly busy hotel the night I stayed, I had to park in the back parking lot and the lock to the door to enter hotel from the back was broken for anyone to enter. The only down side to our stay was the restaurant. Terrible food, terrible service. Don't bother to eat at the hotel and you'll have a pleasant stay. October 23, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by rowdy teenagers Your room and beds are great, room was always clean and we had fresh linens everyday. On Saturday night a large group of teenage hockey players were quite loud and rowdy, the walls to our room were shaking and they were out in the halls running and yelling. At 1:30 am I knocked on their door and asked them to please tone it down, which they did. It would seem to me that large groups of youth like these boys need to have more adult supervision or made aware that they need to be polite and quiet for the other guests. I was with the NEHCA group and last year our breakfast ticket included the entire breakfast line. This year it only included cold cereal, toast, muffins, etc , one day we had fruit. This was disappointing to me and my brother. October 16, 2013

Staff was understanding, but we cannot get the time back. We chose this hotel for the amenities that were unavailable and I had called asking about the status two days prior. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Have stayed in better I had a fair to average experience at this Holiday Inn. We arrived tired in the evening after spending the day at Big E. Check in was fast and easy with great front desk staff. The restaurant on premises was opened and we went to eat. Definitely very poor quality in food. The beds in the room were comfortable however the bathroom shower looked dirty and needed updating. Overall stay was ok but not worth what we paid. October 2, 2013
