Our stay here was very good. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The continental breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay there again!

All of my colleagues enjoy this facility. The live music was long overdue, they change things like they are reading my mind of what I want and need in a pinch. Megan is the benchmark for the check-in process, some nice managerial changes they will benefit from.

Need I say more. I have been staying off an on in this hotel since April 13. To my family's horror and my own, we discovered that I had brought roaches home in my suit case. This is beyond disgusting. I will be sending you my extermination bill.

I was in town to do some business with family and stayed at the Enfield Holiday Inn. What a great location, convenient to the highway, but quiet surroundings. The kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor facilities. Megan at the front desk was friendly and took time to answer all our questions about the surrounding area. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and the breakfast buffet. All the food was fresh and flavorful. We will stay again!

Once again I had a pleasant experience during my stay at the Enfield Holiday Inn. I'm a stickler for details and I can say that the staff at this hotel pays attention to details. Checking in was smooth and I was greeted as a priority member. My room was in excellent condition and offered comfort and quiet so I could get a good night's sleep. I love the breakfast buffet as it offers a nice variety. I had the chance to walk the property outside and it is truly a lovely, park-like setting. I look forward to my next stay.

As Chair of the Class of '58 Reunion I can report a very positive evaluation from those attending the Reunion and staying at the Holiday Inn. We were impressed with the rooms, upkeep of the Inn, service at the front desk, good food at the restaraunt and above all the classey manner our Banquet was presented. The room was ready, flowers on the tables, the servers were active, there was plenty of tasty food for the buffet, and the lecturn and microphone was ready for the speaking part of the program. The Sales Manager and her crew were terrific not only during our stay, but for the entire 6 months in preparation for the Reunion and Banquet. Kudos to the staff and hotel management for making our 55th Reunion a successful one.

The Staff here in Enfield should be commended for their helpfulness and professionalism. Megan was very kind and attentive to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. H-I corporate, please give Megan and here staff a pat on the back. Other H-I properties should send their staff here for training.
It's this type of property that keeps me a loyal Priority Club member.

The room I stayed in did not have trash cans. I stayed in the facility for five nights, and trash cans never came even after I asked twice for it and leaving a note in my room.
The maintenance staff had been working on piping in the hallway ceiling and on the last day decided to clean up carpet by by vacuuming at 5am in the morning. It was very loud and disturbing.
Overall not a very pleasant stay especially for the cost.

My husband and I were returning to my home town for a funeral. For the two nights we were staying,the temperatures were to be in the high 90's. My mother did not have any air-conditioners in place yet(this was the end of May),so since we had a free night coming from our Priority Rewards Club,we opted to use our free night and pay for the second night. Apparently Fermi High School senior class was having their class night,and there were some 200 people attending. We expected the worst when we arrived back at the hotel on the first night and heard booming music coming from a banquet room. However,once we got to our room,we did not hear one sound. Not only that,the beds at the Holiday Inns are the most comfortable I have ever slept on,and we have stayed at some world-class hotels,including in Bermuda,yet no beds surpassed the comfort level of the Holiday Inn. We spent many a night at the Martinsburg,WV Holiday Inn when we were looking to build a home near there,and we also enjoyed that one immensely. With an indoor and outdoor poor available,we may just decide to stay at the Holiday Inn every time we go back to Enfield,which is often.
The breakfast buffet was excellent,although I would have liked a bit bigger cup for my coffee and a saucer with it. I had to ask for a saucer(really?),but overall it was an excellent experience. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
The front desk staff even found a glass bowl with water in it for me to place a rose I had been given.
I am wondering if part of the hotel is older than the rest because where we stayed,the hallways looked a bit drab,AND it was stifling in the hallways;however,I was able to set our room temperature down lower than any other hotel I have been at,including the other Holiday Inn in Martinsburg. I like the room very cool,and when we arrived it was set at 72,which felt like the desert,considering it was 98 outside,so I immediately set it to 64,which is perfect.
In conclusion,I highly recommend this Holiday Inn. In fact I have never met a Holiday Inn that I didn't like!

I booked a block of rooms for out of town guests and myself for my daughter's wedding. Every staff member I encountered were gracious, helpful and accommodating. I haven't heard any complaints from our guests that stayed there. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The American breakfast was delicious.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
It was unfortunate, though, that one of the goodie bags came up missing. This was reserved for one of the guests who had cancelled their reservation after the hotel had received the bags.

I was not happy at all with the bathroom. It was filthy, the curtain had a dirty handprint on it here someone had obviously reached to open the curtain, the water would not shut off and continued to drip no matter what I did. It as actually filthy, not just how an older bathromm might look. I did not want to let my children shower there since they had lost their flip flops in the park earlier in the day and they had to go to the pool shower to take a shower. The room itself was comfortable.

We had to travel to CT on business and picked this inn from the Holiday Inn website. The location and amenities were perfect. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Hartford - Springfield corridor. A full-time restaurant and lounge were a definite plus.

The staff and facility were above expectations. We enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. Room service was right on time and very affordable. The bar was nice to relax in - with the fireplace it was very cozy.

Checked in late and we were very hungry and delighted to find that they had a restaurant on site. We were able to check in and get our luggage into our room and get a very good meal. The bed was very comfortable and allowed us to get the rest we needed to finish our journey the following day, the staff was very helpful and courteous.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past four Months-I stay at only holiday inns.The front desk has some of the best staff I have ever dealt with!
Robert keep up the good work your still the best!
On this particular visit we came down stairs for dinner,Both of us made our selections the waitress took the orders and three minutes later came back and told us they were only serving the appetizer side of the menu?
I actually asked to speak to the food and beverage manager and he didnt really seem engaged enough to care, I am assuming the restaurant was busy but I really think he should of went the distance to notify all people entering the restaurant of the limited menu.
I will be back Thursday May 2 nd and will be staying for another 5 days and Look forward to giving the restaurant another try especially flying all day I really dont want to have to search for a restaurant.

The staff was outstanding in their service. The van driver was most helpful and the bartender was great. This is one of the better Holiday Inns that we have stayed in. We would stay there again.

Had a wonderfully enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn in Enfield! We received a warm, hospitable greeting by Megan at the front desk and a speedy delivery of additional items we requested! Having stayed here at least 5 times before, I can say that the facility is always clean and comfortable. The newly remodeled bar and restaurant have an inviting ambiance and the staff so friendly! The bartender was personable and engaging. The hot breakfast buffet has an enormous assortment of delicious food and even omelettes made to your liking. I can certainly vouch for the cook's delicious and creative touch to the menu, too! It's my #1 choice of hotels to stay at whether I'm visiting in CT or Western Mass.

I stayed here last weekend for an event we were having at the hotel. Every staff member i came into contact with was friendly and professional. The desk staff, Robert and Megan, offered excellent restaurant suggestions and were incredibly helpful during a very busy weekend. They recently renovated the restaurant and the atmosphere was relaxing, nice heated fireplace, and a nice bar. They are changing the restaurant into a Panini Grill and Bar, and being that ill be in the area in the future, ill definitely be back to try that out. Overall great stay, and recommend to anyone traveling through the area.

At 10 pm, while I was in bed watching TV, I heard someone trying to get into my room (I had bolted the door). The party (men), who could not get into the room because of the bolt, claimed to be there to fix the TV, which was not broken. Was it someone on the staff? I don't know, but it was a very unnerving experience, and I shutter to think what might have happened had I not had the bolt on the door.

I found your front desk people very helpful and willing to help,however I called 4 times to ensure we had 2 rooms each with double beds and each time I called the reservation was different than what I wanted. The gracious person assured me each time it would be taken care of. We arrived to one double room and one king size room. After about 25 minutes we got the 2 double rooms.
I asked for more towels and was given 1 bath and a few more and towels. the person did not take the dirty towels from the bathroom floor.
YOur breakfast buffet ran out of most "free food items" unacceptable.

On the evening of my arrival, we discovered the shower didn't work. The maintainance man (forgot his name) was prompt, aplologetic and helpful. The shower could not be fixed til morning, so he immediatly provided us with a key to another room. The shower was fixed in the morning. In the restaurant, Jim was efficient and friendly with our large dinner crowd. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. All in all, a great experience, looking forward to returning!
