Great stay and a great value. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very relaxing. Hotels has great amenities with a great value. We always stay at the Holiday Inn in Enfield when we are in the area.

The staff was very nice as was the breakfast attendant. The room itself was just ok. Very musty smelling and dirty. Seemed like no one cleaned the room for weeks - a film of hairspray was all over the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good.

pillows were to big and bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was not ready at 7 even though we paid for it ahead of time. They decided not to do it to save food which I understand.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Also willing to help with any problems. Megan was especially helpful during checkout and booking another hotel for the next stop.

Front desk staff is great. The maids do a terrible job here. Every time I stay here there is something related to the maids that ruin my stay. The rooms definitely need some work, rusted sprinkler pipes in rooms, awkwardness of small layout of bathrooms, and bad fixtures and appliances.

Staff at the front desk was delightful. One man even helped me with my Samsung device when I had trouble connecting to their WiFi. Everything was clean and comfortable. However, there was no "do not disturb" sign available, so house keeping bothered us before we were ready. Also, being directly across from the elevators became a bit jarring when two groups of very loud drunk people came onto our floor at 1 and 2 A.M. making a great deal of noise right outside of our room. I'd stay again, but I'd ask to have my room changed if we were placed that close to the elevators again, and we'd ask for a 'do not disturb" sign if the room doesn't have one. We both live with other people, and the point was to get away to relax quietly and just enjoy each others company. The noisy disruption sort of took away from that.

I was traveling with my show dog and was very pleased with the accommodations for pets -- especially the grounds.
I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room. There were stains visible on the white bedspread. There were stains on the heavier curtains -- I was having a hard time trying to figure out where those had come from.....The curtain pulls were dirty, the lightswitches were dirty and the heat vent in the bathroom needed some serious cleaning. The drain in the bathroom sink was miserably slow. Obviously it needed cleaning. I plan on staying again because I did like the accommodations for my pet, the availability of microwave, refridgerator and WiFi made my very busy schedule easier. I was able to have some "down time" and relax because of the ammenities offered. But next time, I will definitely bring disinfectant wipes with me and do some cleaning of my own!
