Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent manners for the front desk personnel- We arrived on a Friday night having tried HI EXPRESS. THE front desk person was up to his elbows in unplanned arrivals, wake-up calls, call ins. He never showed any and I mean ANY annoyance or frustration. Our TV DID NOT WORK, but someone came immediately up to fix the problem to NO AVAIL. It did not diminish our room comfort. We were exhausted. Thank you, Janice May 9, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Over-night Stay - April 2013 This Holiday Inn appears to be a take-over of another hotel's property. The hallways were dark and bland. Hallways and rooms smelled bad. Holiday Inn should have brought this facility up to standard before opening. Food was good but took nearly 45 minutes to serve. April 17, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by quickie stay I just needed a convenient bed to sleep for 1 night on a long drive to Indianapolis. Although I checked in late and out early, the front desk clerk was very friendly and cordial. The hotel is dated, but there seemed to be lots of renovations going on. The room was spacious and had a mini-fridge and microwave. The location is very convenient to the interstate, gas station, Tim Hortons, etc. February 21, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by holidayinn review The staff and service is exceptional. I called for a shuttle and they were at the airport outside waiting when I walked out. I flew in very late and the staff was as happy and friendly at night as the were at 5am. The only problem I have is the construction being done, so It doesn't look as appealing as all holiday inn. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good cable channels and nice pillows i stay at holiday inn's whenever possable adn this one is as good or maybe a bit better than most. the only problem i had was that most of the adjoining rooms are one smoking and one non smoking. that doesnt make sense. if there is a smoking room with an adjoinging door to a non smoking room, the non smoking room still smells like a smoking room. it defeats the purpose. other than that, great place to stay December 19, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dayton Airport NW Knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff, both in the evening as well as the next morning. At check in, I was offered to spin the wheel and won 500 points. Normally I do not see the morning staff as I check out, as a copy of the bill is usually slid under my room door. On this check out the front desk staff asked how my room was and I explained some issues. She indicated she would credit my account with a 1000 points, as appreciation for staying in their hotel. Since I was given a coupon for 500 points to dine in the pub/restaurant, I elected to eat at the hotel. The first bartender left early after I had a couple of appitizers and beverages and he noticed the coupon and indicated he would take care of crediting my account. He asked my room number and I believe wrote the number on the coupon. I thanked him and gave him a $4 tip. I had a salad and another appitizer and beverages with the 2nd bartender, again a $4 tip. Both bartenders and restaurant staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the menus. Enjoyable dining. Normally I see the hotel issued bonus points appear on my account about the same time as the points for the stay appear. To date none of the 2000 hotel offered bonus points have been credited to my account. November 29, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just so-so This is an "experienced" property in the ICH chain, but management is doing their best to update rooms and public areas. It does have full service amenities, and while undergoing renovations, management goes out of their way to offer comps for food & drinks. While this may never be more than a full service, Holiday Inn, off the I70 interstate, it is convenient and large enough to host regional conferences. The restaurant food is surprisingly good, and once the rooms are updated, it will easily be worth recommending. Understanding the need for revenue during renovation, during my stay it was a bit disconcerting to realize that one of the conference rooms was being used by a local law enforcement agency for their court required DUI classes. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by old, needs revamping this is a very old hotel. the carpets need replacing. the room had an old, musty smell. as a priority club platinum member we were not even offered water and a snack for our room. we were disappointed and glad that it was just a quick stop over on our way home. The hotel was old and in need of a facelift. Overall I have stayed in other Holiday Inn's and Holiday Inn Express's for less money that were nicer. October 29, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location for Air Travel Clean but on the dated side, bathrooms need updating, but are OK considering age. If you understand this is an older hotel is very acceptable. Bar is typical older Holiday in low ceiling-darker setting, Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will stay here again. October 24, 2012
