Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This hotel never dissapoints I have stayed at a number of Holiday Inns etc., and I have to say this particular one is the best. The staff are always courteous and eager to help, the breakfast is delicious (esp. the made-to-order eggs), and the hotel itself is always very clean and tidy. A well run place that is a pleasure to stay at. I too was staying there the night of the fire-alarm, but was working late that night and didn't get back until 2am, so missed the drama and evacuation in -15°C temperatures! However, these things happen, and it seems it was handled well overall. January 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No sleep There was no problem with the hotel per say, however, at 1:30 am we were awakened to the fire alarm because of a frozen sprinkler head and had to wake up, dress and vacate the hotel in single digit temperatures. When we returned to our room, wide awake, we had a difficult time going back to sleep and just as we were dozing off, we awakened to the alarm again which went off for several seconds. Not long but long enough to be wide awake again due to the earlier experience. This happened at least one more time after that meaning we got almost no sleep that night. When checking out we were barely offered an apology and were essentially asked to feel sorry for them, not them being sorry for us getting no sleep. At a minimum, we should have been given a sincere apology and additional points as a rewards club member for all the inconvenience we suffered along with a night of very little sleep. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Holiday My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we visit Cincinnati. We stay the night before our flight because we know we can count on the shuttle service to get us to the airport in time for our early morning flight. We also like the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. January 7, 2015
