Everyone told me an "airport" hotel would be noisy, dirty, etc. Not so! This hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Will stay here again!

For the 2012 Regional Tournament, The hotel staff was fantastic. Not only were they very helpful, I felt they went that extra mile to make it a great stay. The Tournament itself was a bit of a scary, unorganized mess. NOW... for the 2013 Regional Tournament, big changes. The hotel was as great as before AND the tournament went much much smoother.
This is a great hotel to host events. Great value and service!!

My main concerns when we took our 3 mth old and 4 yr old to the pool, we were all happy. UNTIL 10-15 boys from a LaCross team showed up. Utter chaos, and rude! PLUS their coach was with them.
They literally RAN us out!
Very upset! I did not tell the front desk.
Also, when checking in, they tried to charge me more than what I had reserved online! Had to PROVE ourselves right.

My wife and I went there for a Navy Squadron reunion and had the best time due to the facilities and great professional, helpful staff. The banquet meal was prepared and catered by the Holiday Inn which was for 100+ people. What a wonderful meal and fast service, so everyone was able to eat together. Can"t say enough about the service we received.

We were impressed as we pulled up to the hotel. The lobby was clean and nice. We stayed here for one night using points. Tatiana upgraded us for free to the queen suite. There were 5 of us, so the extra space in the room was nice. The room was very clean. The pool looked nice, but was chilly cause, I think, they were adding water, so we didn't use it. By the next morning, the pool had warmed up quite a bit, but we didn't have time to use it anyway. No hot tub, but the laundry machines were free. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Chris was a great help to me by giving me a hand lifting a huge luggage box onto my hitch carrier. We had a great breakfast at Toscana's, the hotel's restaurant.

From start to finish we enjoyed our stay. The service desk was very pleasant and quick to process our room. Clean room and comfortable bed. This place is hard to beat at less than $100 per night.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, which I have experienced with Holiday Inn. My bowl of porridge and coffee, which is traditionally included in continental breakfast, were priced beyond reason, at the hotel restaurant. Two of us had the same porridge, and one had a tiny breakfast plate as he was Chinese, and the bill was over $ 30 US, with discount. Perhaps we should have asked for a menu, but that was not explained.

Attended First week in May for a convention. The rooms were very comfortable and relaxing, the service from custodial staff to management was very accommodating, pleasant and created an atmosphere for a very productive and enjoyable meeting.

I travel 6 months of the year and of all the places that I have stayed foreign or domestic, the staff at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport are by far the friendliest most helpful of any place I have stayed. I always stay there when in the area even if it requires driving past closer hotels to get where I am going. I never had a bad experience there. The rooms are recently remodeled and are as comfortable as a hotel can be. I encourage anyone who puts service first to stay there and I do not recommend anything very often.

I like to stay at this hotel when I'm in the Cincinnati area because of its convenience to the airport and because it has a full restaurant and bar. I was very disappointed with my last stay. First, after checking out I realized there was a long distance phone call made from my room. The problem was that I was out to dinner when the phone call was made and I was the only one staying in the room. I have made a complaint to Holiday Inn and am still waiting for feedback. Second, the room I stayed in was on the first floor and right next to a side entrance (Door 7.) Every evening I had to kill two of what I believed to be water bugs in the bathroom. I'm sure the proximity of the room to the exit did not help but I think they need to step up on the exterminating.

My daughter and I stayed at this facility for the start of her spring break. I had traveled all day to get to her and this was the start point. The room was very nice. The only thing it was missing was the mini fridge and microwave. I feel like all the Holiday Inn properties should have these. The pool was nice (very crowded, but that was due to spring break I'm sure). The workout room was adequate and the food was very good at the restaurant. I would recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the Northern Ky area.

The staff at this hotel was very professional. The hotel itself was quite updated and the rooms are very pretty. The location can't be beat and the courtesy shuttle (and drivers) are very dependable and courteous!
While I marked the room as good because of the decor and cleanliness - I have to say that the fact that I could not shut the darkening shade was very inconvenient. The design is very poor in that the shade only has a 1/2 rail so it will never shut. So, not only did I not feel that I had privacy (only sheers), I also had a MAJOR security light shining in from the parking lot at night that kept the room completely lit. And the bed was positioned on the wrong wall so the light was right on me. I voiced my concern to the staff while checking out and based on comments I heard when checking out, others had the same problem. My room was either 435 or 437 - can't remember so maybe it is just that floor? Don't know but I do hope that the issue is fixed for future guests. Me included.
I also happened to stay while there was a big soccer event. There were kids running up and down the hallway - laughing and screaming until at least 10:30 pm. Maybe the hotel should separate large groups of kids like that and reserve areas for other guests not associated with the groups. That combined with the fact that my room was lit up all night, I could not rate the "relax" category very high.

I have been planning and hosting reunions for 16 years. This was the best experience we have had to date. This Holiday Inn has received numerous top awards for their service and it is easy to see why.
The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated from check-in to everything they did. Everyone in all capacities went out of their way to greet and help guests. Many other hotels could learn a great deal of how to treat guests and operate a hotel from this Holiday Inn.
We arrived and were greated with banners and bunting. Special treatment and open appreciation of our service was the order of the day. If you are thinking of having a military reunion in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinatti area you would be crazy to consider any other hotel. If you are a reunion planner and want to look like a super-star then book at this Holiday Inn.

I recently attended a reunion of the local Chapter of the VHPA (Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association) at this facility.
I personally have attended several of these over the years in many Cities at Many different properties. I have NEVER been more impressed than I was at THIS one. (I attend as a Guest of the organization as my wife is a family member of a K.I.A. pilot)
The level of service, as well as the RESPECT given to this veterans group was MOST impressive. The lengths the staff went to honor these veterans with Flags, Bunting & banners (some I recognized as special made with the organizations Logo), A custom made Cake, (again decorated with their logo).
Besides that Just the all-around friendly & professional service, is nothing short of above & beyond. (Even among IHG properties). I know on one occasion a housekeeper saw us coming up the hall & called the elevator for us. this is just one example of the numerous "extras" we noticed during our weekend there. It is simply UNHEARD of this day & age.
I occasionally come to the Cincinnati area with my wife for weekend getaways. We WILL make it a point to stay here when in the area again!

The staff try and the hotel is decent. My problem is with the Corporate side of Holiday Inn and being stingy with the Rewards Points. Why should it matter if my company pays my bill, or I do? Either way, I should get points. My company and I choose to stay at this hotel, and, therefore whoever is the person staying at the hotel should get the points since the company is not trying to collect them.

I have several choices of hotels of which to stay in CVG from my comapny. , I always go here. Great staff. Great hotel. Quit. They have everything there, gym, pool, bar, food, gas staion across the street, close to airport and downtown, etc.

We traveled to Cincinnati Airport Holiday Inn during thanksgiving. I had booked this room in August with my points and failed to realize was that the reservation date was wrong. We arrived late at night only to find that we had no reservations. The front desk clerk was very helpful and called Priority Club for help, which was no help at all. He decided to give us a room anyway and let us stay the night. I want to say thank you to David the desk clerk for helping us out and happy to see that service is still alive and well. Thanks again.
